Mgnt and Board Don't Care

The prop mgr Brigs refuses to help owners when there's an Assn-caused problem, and the Board is weak and hides issues. I had to pay for ceiling damage caused by a roof leak, because the mgr said it was MY problem!!! How could damage from Assn leaks be My fault??? Never again dealing with Brigs or living at High Rocks Condos!

I had to pay for ceiling damage caused by a roof leak, because the mgr said it was MY problem!!! How could damage from Assn leaks be My fault??? AVOID this mgr and condo at all costs; anywhere else is better than dealing with these people! Never again living at High Rocks Condos!
