I would recommend to anybody in the world in the peninsula area , u have so many stores and restaurants that you could even walk to if u wanted to .. the high street luxury apartments definitely are competing with Los Angeles apartments and Miami luxury apartments , you couldn’t ask for anything better , it’s like living on a resort everyday off your life .. honestly I promise .. this place over amazing and I salute (as a veteran ) the entire company (GREYSTAR) this is a master Peace!

Way too many fire alarms. At least two every month. Always false alarms. Never actual fire. Management gaslights residents, always blaming the alarms on "people smoking/vaping in hallways," when it is obvious that's not the truth. Fire department has confirmed that is not accurate.

Hi, it's upsetting to hear that your experience was anything but stellar.
I enjoy living here! The amenities are nice when they work, ( I will say the elevator has been out for about a year) ?? they do keep updates on parts needed. The fire alarm goes off once a month if not more, usually in the middle of the night. (Only phase 2) I had property stolen off my property, and when making a public post in our community post line, it was rejected due to “negativity” all I said was shame on who stole from me: so I guess save the feelings of a thief ?? They do many festivities throughout the month. It feels a little “highschool clicky” at times, I feel the mandatory garage fee is not necessary when the dump is across our hall and never use the service but it’s mandatory. The dog parks aren’t well kept, often the trash bins are completely full for days on, they do the best they can with the rooftop dog park, but it’s nasty and a last resort on cold days. Everyone is friendly to the face for the most part.

Amazing place to live! Lovely pool and gym. Everyone is very friendly. It’s also well located. Easy to grab breakfast at tipsy bean or a late night burger at 5 Guys.

High Street is a really nice place to live, but if there was one down side it would be the management. While the people/managers are all really friendly, there are times where you just cannot get a hold of them. Additionally, several elevators have been dysfunctional, as well as several fire alarms. I think that overall, it's a great place, and I do recommend it, but I hope they get a little bit more organized. I think this is due to a change in management/control, so it's understandable, but it's been a few months now, so it probably should be fixed soon. Once things are in order again, I believe that this apartment complex is a 5/5 and friendly to all.

There are walking trails, theaters, restaurants, grocery stores, clothing stores, drug stores and much more in walking distance. The community is welcoming and the neighbors are very friendly. There is a lot to do and many places to go easily by car or walking.

I love it. It’s very peaceful & very pretty. Glad I am able to be apart of this community. The office staff is very nice, not to mention the amenities for resident & their pets! There’s two dog parks as well, plus a huge community to hike.

Noisy. Dog barking. Hard flooring creates loud noise from upstairs neighbors walking. Package room needs better organization in finding packages. Suggest Alphabetically instead of numbering. Storage for bikes, but no storage for small boat crafts.??

The place is very nice with great amenities BUT fire alarms are ridiculous and elevators cannot counted on. The alarms are so frightening when occurring while sleeping. They are so loud and now I feel like they are “the boy who cried wolf”. Number 3 elevator has not worked for the entire 9 months we’ve lived here.

Do not live here. Fire alarms go off 1-2 times a month making the living conditions out of sync with how expensive it is to live here. You will be better off living somewhere else for half as much without regular fire alarms. Ignore any counter arguments from staff that respond to reviews.

I usually am not one to leave bad reviews, however the fire alarm goes off at least once a week to the point where if we did have a fire, I doubt anyone would believe it’s real. This apartment complex is really nice with great amenities, but this issue is driving us to leave. My family can’t keep waking up at all hours of the night for much longer.. it’s insane.

High Street View really was the best apartment complex in the area not long ago; however, it seems to be on the decline. For example, in the past two years of living here, the elevator adjacent to the parking deck and garage has been working for a grand total of about 6 months (broken, fixed, broken again, fixed, etc., and it has been out of commission for at least the past 8 months with no timeline given as to when it will be operational again). My biggest complaint though has been the decline of the communication by the staff. The turnover of staff in the leasing office has been incredible, and the communication with residents has gone from consistent and transparent to completely non-existent. In the past, if any of the amenities were to be closed, residents were given plenty of notice (at least 24 hours, excluding emergencies) beforehand. However, just in the past week alone, each amenity was closed due to "photographers" and "scheduled inspections," and residents were not notified until the very last minute. In fact, as I wrote this review, the fire alarm in Phase 2 began sounding, and 3 minutes into it, I received an email from the leasing office stating that the sprinkler system required maintenance and the fire alarm would be sounding throughout the day. The selling point for this apartment complex used to be its amenities, since the units themselves were very standard relative to other complexes in the area; however, with amenities unexpectedly closing, no communication from staff, and ill-kept common areas (e.g., pet waste in hallways for multiple days, empty alcohol cans on windowsills of stairways, etc.), High Street View is simply overpriced for what residents actually receive. I would not recommend this apartment complex if other options are available.

The complex is very clean and inviting. Staff is friendly and helpful. I feel very safe coming and going in the community. I love the little extras, such as the fireplace and lounge chairs in the outside common area.

The Leasing Office, specifically Jessah, was so helpful and kind! The process went pretty smooth. Our Apartment is beautiful and we couldn’t be more happy to call this home! The amenities are so nice and a huge part of why we made the decision to go with High Street.

I love my apartment. It is great quality and beautiful. The staff in the office are very nice and always friendly. However, if I could change anything it would be the construction between floors . It seems to be extremely thin. I can hear every step my neighbor above me takes and it sounds like he has cement shoes on. I can hear each time my upstairs neighbor flushes his toilet, uses his washer and dryer or vacuum his floor. All of the above mentioned are very loud and a distraction. My upstairs neighbor is very kind and it is not his fault the flooring has no insulation between our apartments. Also the outside door, next to my apartment, leading in and out of High Street View slams very loudly every time someone comes in or out. It is all hours of the day. It seems like it could be adjusted so that it does not slam so loudly. As I mentioned above, I love my apartment, but have considered downsizing to a one bedroom, however I have a difficult time understanding the reasoning for the $1-2000 transfer fee, which would be an obstacle for me to transfer apartments when my lease is up in June.

The amenities are wonderful but basic services such as an operational elevator and the continual false fire alarms are a complete nuisance!
