Property Ratings at Highfield Madison
I had the pleasure of touring Highfield Madison Apartments today, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful Adam and Tiara were. From the moment I walked in, I felt a true sense of community and warmth. Adam and Tiara genuinely care about the residents and go out of their way to make everyone feel at home. Their dedication to fostering a welcoming environment is truly refreshing. The new fire pit area was also a highlight – it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating spaces where people can connect and relax. The pool table in the resident lounge was a nice touch too! I still have a few other places to see, but Highfield Madison has set a very high bar. This feels like a place I will more than likely be calling home!

Tiara was absolutely amazing on my tour. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. This has been the best tour I've been on in Madison thus far. I applied over the weekend, and I look forward to moving in!
