Wedged between the North Loop and University Hills, Windsor Park offers a terrific neighborhood just north of Downtown Austin. With I-35 and Highway 290 serving as the west and northern borders, getting around the Austin area is easy, and the University of Texas at Austin is a short three miles southwest. As you explore apartments in Windsor Park, you'll notice a variety of ranch-style homes dating to the 1950s, giving the neighborhood an established, family-friendly vibe. With Downtown Austin only about four miles south, this is a terrific option for commuters.
Windsor Park provides a large park, Bartholomew District Park, on its south side. This 57-acre park features a swimming pool, a splash pad, disc golf, picnic areas, a playground, and basketball courts. Just a short distance south of Batholomew Park, Mueller Lake Park has a lake and an amphitheater. Shops, restaurants, and other businesses are scattered throughout the neighborhood.

I’ve lived here for about 5 months and I only have positive feelings about the place! The pool is incredible, the staff is super friendly and my apartment is incredible!! I wish I moved here right when I moved to Austin

By choosing this apartment complex you can look forward to such exciting policies as having your car towed because your state registration expired, or being limited to only having 2 guests over to use the pool, the only amenity of note on the complex. If you aspire to have friends or family exceeding two people, or have the strange desire to not have your house dictate the number of friends you can invite over, this is not the place for you.
Not worth the price at all. Management is non responsive and impossible to get ahold of. I’ve left three emails and voicemails in the last week with no response at all. I also asked about a lock on an exterior door to the building to get fixed over 6 months ago and it still has yet to be fixed. It’s no surprise apartments and cars get broken into here so often. Pool noise and unnecessary music volume is a constant issue and the security contractor provided never shows up. Overall terrible experience leaving us upset and feeling gaslit.

Not worth the price. So much crime in the area and people stealing things from the complex. Anyone can get in the complex or garage. Had several vehicles broken into/stolen. Homeless people squatting or bathing in the pool, prostitution issues. Someone broke into the the storage units multiple times to steal stuff, I had very important government IDs stolen. So waiting for someone to try and steal my identity because of this place. Short term rentals allow random people to have access to entire complex, and always have issues with people smoking in this non smoking complex, management doesn’t do enough to address that.

I didnt want to write up a bad review, but it pushed me into the limit. Cons - 1) Delay in construction Honestly this has been a major frustrating experience. Ever since I signed the lease 3 months ago, they keep pushing the start date every week, from Sep 1st to now Oct 26, and God knows when finally we will be able to move into our final apartment. I just wish they did their due diligent on giving out timeline realistically, I would much rather prefer them to tell me hey you can't move in before Nov 1 two months ago then continuously raising the hope with new timeline and killing it soon after, their move in update just became a massive joke. 2) surrounding neighborhood doesn't feel safe and it doesn't feel safe to go out for walk nearby. 3) Gym is small and can get crowded in peak time. 4) Lacks security cameras. 5) Apartment complex is very lax in security, anyone can come in and use the amenities. 6) Hallways are not always clean and residents doesn't clean up after themselves. Pros - 1)People in the leasing office has been kind and respectful. 2)Monthly community event 3) Coffee machine

This was absolutely one of my favorite places I have toured in a long time. Kylee was the agent who toured me while I’m looking for a new home. I have never meet someone so knowledgeable of a property. I can’t say enough wonderful things and when my house sells I will be moving to Highgrove! Thank you for making my day unforgettable.

Its now six consecutive business days of complaining that the fire alarms are going off 24/7 and no action has been taken to silence them. Half of the building is still under construction, and multiple units have improperly installed fire alarms or missing batteries. This means they're beeping once every 30 seconds. Theres at least 8 different apartments with fire alarms going off 24/7, leading to a constant irregular cacophony of beeps. The front desk doesn't have control over the construction side so nothing is getting done. I've been promised 3 times someone is going "today" and yet no action has been taken. They say that no one else is complaining, but my neighbors say they are complaining daily. Somethings messed up. I signed up for construction noise during business hours, not all the time. Construction also starts at 7:30 am and you can definitely hear it - during the tour they'll tell you the major stuff is done but they're still using power tools.
