Easy Choice
I wake up at 5am and I am out the door by 6am each morning. I take coffee, breakfast, and a small, quick workout (push-ups). And each morning on the way to my car I see the maintenance man for the Highlands Apartments. Best thing about it is the smile on his face. I am a manager in the area and I know that business is about more than just the numbers and the efficiency. Its also about the people and the day-to-day. Living in a place with a staff like this makes the day-to-day far above average. Having studied both finance and real estate I have not chosen this complex stupidly. By living in the Highland Apartments I've gained access to a great city with hundreds of activities while paying an easily fair price for 3 beds and 2 baths as well as a amazing staff and management team. A salt-water pool, pool table, amazing staff and located near both a baseball stadium and the Mall of Georgia.....Its just an easy choice.
