Highland Crossing

I seriously regret moving here. Children run unsupervised everywhere. They pound on my door and run away every single day. Maintenance is lazy and outright lies to you. Told me my kitchen faucet was difficult to turn because it was brand new and should get better. After months of waiting for it to get better, I replaced the faucet myself. The old faucet was disgusting and rusted on. Definitely not even close to new. They power washed in front of my door, leading to six feet of wet white soot traveling inside my apartment ruining two of my rugs and a pile of laundry I had waiting to be washed. The office could not care less. They NEVER answer the phone. One time Amazon left every resident’s packages outside on the sidewalk in the rain. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE. I moved here because it’s a gated community, yet the side gates are always wide open. The front gate was hit by something and they’ve just left it bent. Classy. The garbage service rarely actually picks up my trash and I’m still forced to pay for the service every month. The office sends scolding emails to all residents way too often. I don’t appreciate the tone as if we are naughty high school kids and not customers paying way too much for these units. it’s a nonsmoking community, but smokers are always smoking on their balconies and patios. Sound proofing on these units is awful. I can hear my neighbors cough and their conversations. You will regret moving here.

This community it great with the exception of parking. The spaces are very small. The apartments are beautiful and roomy. I love the fireplace and my kitchen. Everything is up to date and modern. The staff are friendly and professional. Maintenance is proactive also.

This community is beyond perfect, the apartments themselves are very high quality with spacious living and storage areas, the office staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful people you will ever meet, there is always plenty of parking, the community is constantly being cleaned and taken care of and common areas are in excellent condition. This is by far the best apartment community in Vancouver.

They take such good care of all you’re needs. There so personable. There always so nice and helpful with any questions or concerns. I love living here.

The individuals here are exuberant, joyful and earnest about their service to the tenants living here. They humbly and respectfully listen to your request and complaints. They instantly upon receipt of a needed repair issue an immediate work order, after calling and receiving all the particulars from you. They’re always courteous and respectful even when you’re venting your frustrations. Understand no one is perfect...but through our interactions with others, we can strive to be & they do! Be awake at 7am or else you will be woken up to banging and large trucks backing up Monday through Saturday. The windows are thin so you hear everything and so are the walls (you hear your neighbors and outside world). Bedrooms face the parking lot which is a flaw in the design. No gate, no car ports, no clubhouse, no pool, no gym

This place looks beautiful even though it's under construction still!! My wife and I fell in love with these apartments at first glance. The managers Jessica and Shari made us feel at home and were the best in every way. We're so eager and excited to move in in August and be a part of the community. Get here while you can before they're full!!!

Everything is done online, and they help you each step of the way to complete process by emailing you promptly to complete next steps required. If you email with q question they answer in no time. I'm very satisfied with their service.

So far, I've had nothing but a positive experience with these folks. They have made the application process nothing but smooth sailing for me. They are all so kind and accommodating. They really make me feel excited to live there and they make me feel like they're excited to have me.
