I’ve been a resident at Highland Groves at Morrison Ranch since March 2024, and I can’t say enough positive things about the experience! From day one, the team here has gone above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. Jessica and Dean in the front office are always warm, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions or concerns. They make everything from leasing to day-to-day interactions easy and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Matt, the head of maintenance, who’s been phenomenal with his prompt responses and thorough work. Anytime there’s a maintenance issue, he handles it quickly and efficiently, often going the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. This community truly feels like home, and the dedicated staff is a huge part of that. I’m so grateful to have chosen Highland Groves – it’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents and their living experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-maintained, and friendly community!

I am so in love with my new apartment community! I am not an easy prospect/resident to please, as I work in the multifamily industry for a competing company as a trainer and have very high standards for what I expect. I can easily say that Dean has been nothing short of incredible from my first tour throughout my move in. He was very personable, honest, and always followed through with my requests. He was great with my family when I brought them to tour and answered all of my questions with obvious expertise. When we did my walk-through inspection at move-in, he was so very patient with me as I went through every square inch of the apartment. He took note of every single thing I wanted notated and was so incredible kind to my kids and dog. Incredible job by Dean to say the least. I do not know the Maintenance Supervisors name, but I am so thoroughly impressed by him already. I have moved several times through apartments and have audited many units readied for new residents for my job and have NEVER seen such quality and attention to detail. Not to mention I had one issue night one, and Matt from maintenance was so kind and quick to get it addressed! I have seen the other reviews referencing move out fees, which I take with a grain of salt. Without before and after photos it is hard to know if those are accurate, so I plan on living here happily and ensuring that I have everything documented that I stated during our move-in inspection. Hopefully my very positive experience continues.

Broken disposal, broken refrigerator, A/C unit quit and took a week to fix, office staff some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and just walk away.
This place is riddled with potheads, parking issues, unattended kids, and lazy front office workers. Don’t waste your time here. Plenty of other rental options in Gilbert. This should be at the bottom of your list.
This place is poorly run. They will do anything they can to make a commission off of your move out. If you want to sign up for that - expect big headaches, big charges/fees, and absolutely nothing but runaround when trying to get them sorted out.
I moved out of this apartment complex after 4 years of living their in September of this year. I'd had no real issues for the 4 years (mainly because I didn't make any issues for them). I moved out over the course of a few days, and planned on being fully out prior to my lease date ending. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to finish moving out my items (with 3 days remaining on my lease), to find that maintenance had entered my apartment and taken a few of my remaining belongings and emptied my fridge of all of my food, which they placed in the dumpster in the parking lot. No notice was ever given to me that they would be entering my apartment and I still had multiple days remaining on my lease. Essentially my apartment was broken into and my property stolen. I was understandably upset, but let the office know that if they would be able to reimburse me for the food and items I wouldn't make it a bigger deal. They agreed to reimburse me for the food and apologized, acknowledging that I was still under lease and they did not notify me of entering my apartment. After a few weeks in my new home I'd not yet received anything and contacted Olen Living Corporate, which got me a quick call back and the apartment complex again letting me know the check was on the way. Flash forward 3 months and multiple calls and emails, and I receive no responses and nothing to reimburse me. Avoid these people at all costs, a company that feels it's ok to break the law and take your property and not follow through on making it right does not deserve any ones money.
I would give zero stars if I could. The grounds are beautiful but the management is absolutely HORRIBLE. We moved out thinking everything was fine. A month later our loan officer for the house we are buying contacted us saying we have an unpaid bill from Highland for over $1,000. We had NEVER received a bill from them (they insisted they "mailed it"). The charges were absolutely fictitious, especially considering we never did a final walk-through. We asked several staff members AND corporate offices to explain the charges and none were able to justify the $2000 they spent on repairs for our one bedroom apartment. Management is disjointed, staff and corporate are unsure of who reports to whom, and I am convinced someone from in their office is embezzling given the other reviews I have read citing similar experiences. Save your money (and sanity) and live elsewhere.
Looks nice on the outside, inside the apartments is nothing is special. Basic floor plan and design elements. The amenities are nothing compared to other facilities. Pool is small and so is the gym, towel service in the gym sucks too. The office staff and management are rude and judgmental, they have no idea what they are doing and they are petty and childish. Don't live here, so many other better options in Gilbert than here.
