I have lived at Highland Hills since 2022 and I have found it to be a comfortable place to live. The office staff is very friendly and professional! They get all issues resolved quickly and efficiently! I find the maintenance staff to be extremely responsive and helpful as well they have resolved all of my issues with any maintenance quickly and efficiently!

It is wonderful to be in such a peaceful, safe, and beautiful community at highland hills. My daughter and I left a really unsafe living situation previously and this is a dream in comparison. I'm grateful to call this home. The only thing I would change is the price because it is definitely the maximum for my budget and I am concerned that I will have to move if rent increases at my lease renewal in July.

After thoroughly investigating apts, etc. to move to we toured brand new apts, at the same rate, and with brand new facilities. We fell for Highland hills because of spaciousness, character of the development, amenities, and most importantly the manager and her leasing staff! And maintenance crew! From the very start they blew me away with their attitude, professionalism, and abilities to make the stressful situation a little more manageable!

Living here has been pretty nice so far. The floor plan is spacious, the place is clean, quiet, and safe. Aside from neighbors being loud at night from time to time, I’ve never had any other issues here.

I enjoy living at Highland Hills community due to the fact it is safe and secure due to security and the gated community. I work graveyard so sleep so peacefully during the day and that is rare. The landscaping is done weekly and always looks so nice. ??

The property is very nice and peaceful. The property has great amenities for the tenants and their families. You are also located in a great neighborhood with access to 2 freeways. If you have a medical emergency, a trauma 4 Hospital is located right across the street, along with other medical facilities.

Highland Hills is a quiet, peaceful, clean property! I have been here 5 years and love living here! I work graveyard so get home at 6 am and am able to sleep peacefully until 2 pm every day!

It's a very nice place to live. Clean, quiet & friendly. It's very open to who can rent, for example your background, if you've had made poor choices in your past they work with you & are willing to give you a chance which is amazing to me! And something that's very important to me as well. It is kind of expensive to live here which I wish it wasn't as because it would probably give me more incentive to stay & rent for another year but I can say that it's got everything & or is close to everything which makes things nice.

Highland Hills is a very clean, safe community. The apartment homes are very clean, well taken care of and maintanence tends to work orders promptly. All the leasing agents are very friendly, personable, and care. Questions are answered promptly and the experience has been very positive.

Both Hills properties have always been an excellent living situation. The cost of living has increased horrendously which is not the fault of the apartment communities but if the chance of the larger units being more cost appropriate, I would appreciate living here more.

I have been her for over 10 years. I enjoy being up off the road and having an apt where I can decorate it like my home. There is a emerge about of storage space in the apartments, this adds to the home like aptomispher. I also like that our doors are covered and set back...there not lined up on a flat front face like a hotel. The patios are generous for apartments and I very much enjoy mine. I love being able to have a few pots of flowers out on the property around my apt in the summer. These are as close to as house I have seen and enjoy the community, clean pools, clean sidewalks and parking area. I enjoy the open feel of my apt with the size of the bedrooms and the double sliding doors that let more light in. I would recommend living here as long as the prices stay as competitive ( or under ??) as possible. The staff here cares and does there best to help everyone as best and fast as they can.

We moved from out of state and finding an apartment can be stressful from far away. The leasing team was so great in assisting us! It was a relief to have their help and to know that if the management of the property was anything like the leasing team, we would be well taken care of.

The Maintenance Crew at Highland Hills Apartment complex are experienced, courteous, and professional!
Highland Hills has great qualities for rental living. It has 2 swimming pools, as well as, 2 jacuzzis for recreational use, a gym, meeting center and business center for anyone needing quick access to a computer and printer. Management does listen to its renters, if you have any maintemance requests or concerns, they are very attentive. Highland Hills is situated to major freeways for a faster commute to work. There are also food stores and shops close by. You also have a Level I Emergency Room/Trauma Center across the street.
The grounds are well maintained, the staff are all very friendly and helpful and the maintenance department are very knowledgeable.
I have lived here almost five years and so far, have nothing bad to report

Management has come a full circle since a couple years ago. they used to be uncaring and unresponsive when Greystar first took over as property management. Now they work very hard to work with you, and respond to things much faster.

It a perfect place to live: Vancouver Clinic & Legacy are across the street; Walgreens is at the corner; Albertsons is around the same corner, next to Kaiser. If you turn left, in about 3 blocks you will find Safeway, banks & eateries & easy access to the 205 & 5 freeways. WSU is a stone throw away. and in case you need it, a bus stop is across the street.
