Highland Meadow Village

Es mi segunda vez que me mudo a esta propiedad y ala verdad es excelente propiedad . La manejante que está aquí ahora Natalie estuvo aquí mucho tiempo cuando yo vivía aquí anterior y es muy buena trabajadora . Siempre ayudándonos a mi y a mi familia. Ella se mueve muy rápido y siempre entregando muy bien trabajo. Me mudé ahora y el apartamento que me dieron ahora está en condiciones excelente . 5 de 5 . Si lo recomiendo

The leasing office staff is very helpful. The property looks amazing and the maintenance staff completes the work orders on time.

Perfect place for my needs and staff are really friendly. They get stuff fixed in my apartment quickly and help me out with my questions. I like living here, location a plus also.

I’m more than impressed with Highland Meadow Village. The apartments are nice with exceptional amenities. I’m also very pleased with the way management was attentive to my needs. Mr. Juvenal and Karen are very nice and helpful.

I been staying here for 6 months. This is my first apartments and I would like to say that I cannot complain the services they have I'm very satisfied. The pest control guy TAKES CARE OF WHATEVER ROACH PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING. Whoever is unsatisfied with the apartments because of roach problems is not the roaches is the apartment and the type of maintaining of the household. Asides me loving my apartment I really like the exterior of the property is well maintained. The office staff is GREAT. I love that I can pay my rent online so I never really go to the office but when I do anything I need done gets taken care of.

Lived here for more than 6 years and always had a cockroach problem, no matter how many pest sprays they did. Kids are super loud and disrespectful and neighbor’s car was always playing obnoxiously loud music. I don’t think management cared at all about how horrible the circumstances were. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to live in a peaceful neighborhood.

I been staying here for 13 years now . I just renewed my lease contract with Natalie once again. I am very happy with the service here. Nechia and Natalie are very helpful and very nice. Property is very well taken care of. Peaceful. Definitely recommend!!!!

Staff are very helpful. Nechia made my application go by quickly she was very patient, she kept me updated. Natalie did a good job going everything with me as far as my lease goes. Super satisfied. Apartment is beautiful. Would recommend.

I have lived at Highland Meadow for the past 2 months and I have noticed that the property is always clean and quite. The office staff is very friendly. If you are looking for a home this is the place to live.

Management has recently changed the gate but did not notify the residents. I got home at night then I was locked out of my home in the middle of the night. There was to no one to reach since they do not work at night.

I could give 5 stars but due to the rudeness and unprofessionl property manager Juvenal I have to give it 1 star. He is a liar and very rude and apparently lazy. I say he's lazy because I can't not understand if you have a notice that has a deadline to be returned why would you wait until the due date or pass that date. He told me a FLAT out line about a situation and told me that the spoke with the necessary parties, so after waiting a week I took matters into my own hands and ask for the contact information myself....and what do you know the lady told me this was her 1st time even hearing of the matter that Juvenal has not tried to contact her concerning the matter....LIAR!....He's unprofessional because when you walk in the office he does not acknowledge that you have walked in he will keep his back to you and ask you what do you need without even making eye contact. Thank goodness for Natalie and Neshia they're so helpful and very professional, always smiling, and greets everyone always!!! They're great at their jobs and would make awesome property managers!!

I been living at Highland Meadow Village for 4 yrs never had any real issues here.... love my apartment and don't want to move any time soon. Maintenance come on time and do what dey need to do . Natalie is wonderful love her. Nechia is great. Juvenal is funny and KING PETTY.... Overall all staff is great and helpful anything I need gets done. Property looks great. Highly recommended

I been living at Highland Meadow Village for 1 year now and I love every single thing about the property. Staff in the office are very professional very helpful.. Whatever needs I have the maintenance take care of it immediately. Would definitely recommend. Very pleased from the beginning they were so helpful with my application don't plan on moving any time soon.

I have lived here for a year now and I have nothing bad to say. Office and Maintenance staff are the best and always willing to help you. Property appeal is always clean. Family friendly, the pool is nice and the two laundry rooms are always clean and open. We just got a courtesy officer and his always walking the property during the day and night. Come and tour!

I have been here for two years and the Units are moderate in size, there are many families in the property and the grounds are well tended to. The property is in a convenient location easy access to everything. It has a new management staff Neicha whom is the asst.mgr and Natalies leasing consultant have been very professional, helpful and friendly. All maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly and the maintenance staff are very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable.

Time flies when you find a place to call home! This month will make 6 months since I moved into my new apartment. I love the location of my Unit and the area is perfect. I do not have to go far to get all my shopping done, everything is within a 5 mile radius. The staff are always helpful and kind. Every issue I have had is always addressed in a timely manner and the grounds are well-kept. It seems like just yesterday I was moving in. Time flies when you find a place to call home!

Supposed to be for low income, but there are people driving new BMW and Mercedes. The management also takes forever to get really anything done. Is in a good neighborhood but the complex itself is slowly but surely getting worse and worse.
