Property Ratings at K&K Manchester St.
The two bedroom units have very small kitchens with very little counter space and cabinets as well. The walls are thin and sound travels easily through to neighbors. Building 900 has many major cracks in slab due to building sliding downhill, and upstairs floors are thin and noisy to downstairs areas. The property is near the bottom of a hill and parking on the street is limited most of the time. I lived there for 9 years and saw many owners come and go which tells me there is a problem there. The most recent remodeling was done without permits until National City building inspector Red Tagged the new work. The rent rates are taking huge jumps and fixed rates are being charged for water and sewer which isn't fair for those who conserve. The list goes on and on so new and existing tenants BEWARE.
