I love living at Highland Park Atlanta Apartments! The staff are amazing, from the office to maintenance. It is a beautiful, peaceful, diverse, and safe community. This residence is amazing. Workers are very nice and friendly. Very good neighborhood if you have kids. Only struggle we have is Roaches infestation, but in general we are enjoying being here.

The application process was a breeze and move in was very fast and stress free. A few minor little things to fix after move in to meet standards. Loved the little welcome package. I love this community! Management and staff members are professional, friendly, and quick to address your needs. They take very good care of the grounds, including the gym and pool area. It's very close to a major highway, which helps get you to all the local happenings. The only problems I have is the mold and the high rent increase. When mold appears anywhere in the apartment, the maintenance team takes care of it right away, but the rent - no so much!. Nevertheless, it's a great place to live.

Paige was so prompt with everything. Ive been satisfied with every step. She made the process so headache-free and easy. The whole complex is clean and safe. The example show apartment looked identical to the unit I am currently renting. This property management is extremely quick with responses and maintenance requests. I wanted to write this sooner but I wanted to wait until I lived here for a couple months. Everything is consistent, clean, prompt, and I have never been approved quicker for a lease than Highland Park Apartments.

it's been the best place I've rented in Atlanta so far. it is spacious and the price isn't ridiculous like everywhere else. also the staff makes it worthwhile

So far so good. The people are very helpful. Courtnay, Paige and the Property Manager Savannah are very easy to talk to. Even offered me to switch to new unit to make sure we are happy with our move. Great work ladies, really appreciate it.

The leasing office does great job in helping with everything. Now the gym equipment is being upgraded. The rent seems a bit much for the amenities. But its a safe surrounding to live.

So happy to have moved in at Highland Park Atlanta. The community is so beautiful and I love how spacious my apartment is and the balcony. My dog is also enjoying the new space with all the walking paths.

I've had a really good experience with Highland Park and the leasing agency they've been absolutely phenomenal. The staff was very personal and very hands-on they answered all my questions and got everything done that I needed to get done. The residents are so pleasant and the community is so beautiful and well kept there's not a bad thing I could say about Highland Park it's a wonderful apartment complex

very happy with most of the apartment but quite a few things to call maintenance for upon moving in (some drain issues, closet and cabinet hinges, etc.)

Good place too live. Friendly for kids and adults. Spacious for family time. Gym and pool as well. Great location for easy school bus pick up. Need better maintenance though

I love the staff very friendly, welcoming, and supportive. The garden is super serene, beautiful and spacious and from sky view it looks like a cross, the pool is always clean. The property is always impeccably clean. And nights are very quiet. The interior of the apartments have a great layout and the maintenance employees are very responsive.

This apartment complex is quiet, full of families and young people and lots of dogs. The leasing office is great at listening to your concerns and addressing them as quickly as possible. They do a good job, maintaining the property as well.

Great community. Office staff amazing. Would be nice if there was a play area for kids, such as a play ground. Work out center is great, and the pool area is nice.
