Oakcliff and Parkview are two communities located in southeast Oklahoma City that are often lumped together due to their proximity to one another. The neighborhood is located about seven miles from Downtown Oklahoma, so it’s a great option for renters who want easy access to the heart of the city but prefer the slower pace and quieter environment Oklahoma suburbs are known for. Oakcliff-Parkview has several schools and a few shops and restaurants. For more options, residents can drive a bit further out to commercial hubs like Midwest City Town Center Plaza. The neighborhood is also near Tinker Air Force Base, so it’s a great choice for military employees and families who want to live close to base. Similar to many Oklahoma neighborhoods, Oakcliff-Parkview has a low cost of living and is known for its affordable rentals. There are a variety of apartments, townhomes, and houses available for rent for every style and budget.

Property Ratings at Highland Park
Lived her for 12 years and haven’t had any problems that weren’t fixed. Management is always very nice and helpful. Tanya C
Been in these Apts since December. Not only have they treated me with respect. But As a single mother They are very friendly I sleep peacefully at night I even love the fact they have security to make sure everything is okay is a plus … thank you ashlie & Annette ??
Good management they good with fixing things on time . Nice apartments

I've been living here for about 8 months & So far, I havent had any issues or complaints which is relieving . And the ladies in the office are really delightful.
I have lived here for a year and some months it’s gotten better over time and I’m happy I stuck it out the office lady’s r kind and maintenance men r friendly and helpful can call literally anytime and someone will come to help with any issues I have . Other residents r friendly ever child friendly
For the most part these apartments are good. I am thankful I applied here for my OHFA and I was approved.
I love the manager Annette. I have been here for 3 years and this place has never been like this. The maintenance and staff are professional. Great place to live!
I love Highland Park Apartments. The floor plans are roomy and spacious the manager staff and the maintenance team really work hard to keep their tenents happy. They are Awesome! And Its Peaceful Place to live & I love everything is 10 mins. away!!!???? Keep the good work up??
I was homeless and thanks to the fact they except Ohfa I would be still homeless. Apartments newly renovated and laundry on site. Around alot of shopping and fast food. Ty to the staff and maintenance for promptness in getting my apartment finished. Blessed ?? for my place and all staff. Ty Ashley and Office staff for helping me through my difficult time's.
I was pressed for a move and this was my first option. Although I had little renter's history Ashlie and the management promptly handled my application processing and subsequent move in very professionally and without any issues. I'm already familiar with the neighborhood and so far everything is going well. The layouts don't disappoint and we're fairly close to alot of attraction the city has to offer.
Highland Park apartments are good apartments and the floor plans are great. Big rooms and space and nice flooring colors are nice. The apartments are quite and nice and a good place to call home.
Cheap pricing for the quality. Friendly management.
We've been here for almost a year. When we first got here there was a ac problem however they were quick to fix it.. the office staff is always super friendly. The carpets are fluffy.... the property has security which I love... overall this is an awesome apartment to live in...
I moved in a few months back and i love it here! Management is so kind, amazing and understanding. The inside of the apartment is super nice! Love this place and the people here !
Friendly apartment managers quiet and clean community. Serena Reed
Do NOT move here. Property “management” is an embarrassing failure. Only 50% of units are habitable. Black mould, drug dealers, prostitutes, and squatters outnumber legitimate, decent residents. If I could upload photos on this site, I would show the disgusting conditions of this place. The entire complex needs to be demolished.
Great management team and nice sized apartment for my child and I.
I just moved into my apartment so far I'm having a great experience. The apartment seem quiet staff is friendly and quick to address concerns.
Affordable clean updated safe place to live my kids feel safe to go outside right next to elementary school for convenience
I moved into the commons at sunnylane in February there was a $99 move in and 25% off your first six months, which was a great deal for me being a single mom. I have had barley any complaints besides maybe a maintenance one and it was fixed right away. I have no complaints
If you are searching for an affordable apartment in Oklahoma City that is close to everything, look no further than The Commons at Sunny Lane. I have lived here for almost a year and have never had any real issues. Well, one time I had a small issue that was remedied the next day. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and a movie theater only 7 minutes down the road. The apartment, itself, is an older complex, but since the new owners acquired the property, they have been working tirelessly to update and renovate. Each time a tenant moves out, they redo the living areas. The people in the office are always helpful. They have pet bathroom areas throughout the complex with poo bags waiting for you if you have a pet. This is great if you have kids that run around a lot. The area feels safe, and if you are the nervous type, they have on-call security and cameras throughout the property. There are currently doing great move in specials starting at only $99 and even offer 6 months at 25% off.
We moved here a month ago and haven't had any problems. The grounds are clean & maintenanced regularly, friendly staff, units are being remodeled and are very spacious. They're reasonably priced.. can't complain!
One of the best managed properties ive had the pleasure of renting from. Knowledgable staff and clean grounds make our experience unforgetable
New management is very nice and helpful. Maintenance is good. They keep up with everything. Good Elementary school across the street.
I am a new resident and I have one of the remodeled units and it is great. All new appliances new carpeting and everything. They are making improvements at the property that will make it even better. Glad I move there.
