Wynnedale Spring Hill is located on the curves of the White River just six miles northwest of Downtown Indianapolis. This vibrant suburban setting holds a variety of single-family homes and apartments on tree-lined streets. The area is known for its lively atmosphere, thanks in part to its location along the rich shores of the river. There isn’t much in the way of attractions in Wynnedale Spring Hills, but the area is surrounding by country clubs and golf course.but Residents will have to head in nearby Wolfington or Meridian-Kessler to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping.
Just across the river from Wynnedale Spring Hill lies Newfields, a riverfront art museum that has brought a lot of attention to northern Indianapolis. Residents can also easily commute into Downtown Indianapolis via Interstate 65 or Michigan Road.

Property Ratings at Highland Pointe Apartments
The leasing department went above and beyond in helping me to rent this apartment. They are nice, easily approachable, and make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process. My apartment itself is very spacious and has all of the modern amenities. I have had no issues with anything since I have moved in and appreciate the staff and maintenance team. Would recommend especially if you work at the hospitals or areas around there as it is only a 15 minute drive.

The worst renting experience I have ever had. There are CHEAPER safer apartments in downtown Indianapolis. I had to hassle the office about the dumbest things (trash being picked up, laundry rooms being cleaned, literally asking if they can mop our common areas or leave a mat out) The cherry on top of my Christmas was our car wheels being stolen and then the apartments caught on fire. And after 8 months we were finally allowed to get our items back come to find out multiple items were stolen. If you are thinking about renting in Indianapolis do NOT rent from a fairelawn reality company. They do not care about their tenants and hire staff that LIE on maintenance reports NEVER fully properly fix any maintenance issues the first, second, or third time. And put there staff in a constant state of fear of losing their jobs.

there has been a lot of turnover in management and maintenance staff, and they are struggling to keep up. The upsides: -a property manager and a couple of solid maintenance people who care -affordable -safe atmosphere -I've never had a problem with pests. -community laundry is in each building. The downsides: -They're catching up from years of neglected maintenance and, though they're making steps forward, they lack the resources from corporate to do much more than keep their heads above water. Many tenants are constantly battling fairly major maintenance issues, and none of the elevators have been in operation since I've been here. With more support from corporate to retain support staff and improve the condition of the property, this place could be great.

I have lived here since August 2015 and very much like the place. No, it does not offer a washer and dryer in your unit like some places and sometimes maintenance can get backed up. Also, it can be a bit of a hassle to get the office on the phone sometime but there are usually only 2 people who work in there with a about 108 units so I can see why. What I will say is Megan (I hope I am spelling it right) in the front office has always been really incredible. She's been very fair with me and always has a pleasant attitude. I would definitely recommend her for a raise! As far as location, I feel this is a prime area because you are 10 minutes from Broad Ripple, 15 minutes from downtown, and 20 minutes from Castleton. Not only are you pretty much in the middle of the city but it's in an area that is just beautiful to look at. The trees are just gorgeous to look at in the spring, summer, and fall! Plus this place is totally affordable for the amount of space you get.
Horrible save your time and money. Bad customers service. Community looks like trash rent to high no parking
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!! You WILL NOT get what you think you will. There mission is to just get you to sign. The halls are filthy and smell like urine... Elevator that doesn't work. Laundry room is disgusting. The stairs and carpets in the building are gross. Where the model is, the conditions were a little better. After a week though, you would expect that someone would have cleaned but nope still dirty. I was promised one unit but then forced to go to another on a different level. I had no choice because i had to leave the place i was at before. I've been here less than a week and wish i just would have went to a shelter or something and found somewhere else. The staff is rude and just want your signature then they no longer care. I was not shown where anything was and you do your walk through in your unit yourself. The ONLY thing good about this place is that the unit itself is spacious... Save yourself time and look elsewhere !!!
Very quiet neighborhood, and friendly staff.maintenance comes when you need them, and management has helped me out several times. I'm 74 yrs old, and I'm glad I found this community. Would definitely recommend these apartments.
I've always pictured being on my own in my dream apartment I'm a struggling mom with lots of illnesses can't really work but I do what I have to I love my home . It's me and my son bunched up in a one bedroom this would be an answer to prayers and a true magical blessing for me . Highland Pointe apartments are awesome lots of perks for kids around shopping centers and highways and on the bus line very affordable and very Understanding. !
