Property Ratings at Highland Pointe
I lived here for about 2.5 years and it has been a great experience. I lived with roommates for a year and then ended up getting my own 1 bedroom apt here. Both living spaces were great and offered at a fair price. The front office is super responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend living here. :)
I was living in Florida and chose Highland Pointe Apartments based on location and reviews online in May 2013.I didn't see the apartments until I moved here but spoke to Kim, the apartment manager, by phone several times prior to my move. She was extremely helpful, kind, and supportive. I moved here to be close to my son, daughter-in-law and family. There is a wonderful playground located on the property and my grandchildren and I frequent it almost on a daily basis, when the weather cooperates. We have developed lasting friendships with other children and their parents. I feel so fortunate to be able to provide such a positive and caring environment for my grandchildren.I couldn't be happier with my choice!!! The apartment complex grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Response time for the very few maintenance issues I have had is awesome - an hour or two at the most including weekends and holidays! I have had no problem with noise and my neighbors are kind, friendly and very helpful. The complex is located in a very safe neighborhood and is gated at night. It is close to I 215, schools, parks and shopping... Traffic is minimal and the roads are well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Kim, the apartment manager, is just wonderful. She genuinely cares about my grandkids, me, and all the other residents for that matter. She works very hard to make the apartment complex an inviting and welcoming HOME! In summary, I am very happy with my decision to move to Highland Pointe Apartments. I thank God continually for guiding me to this awesome place to live and call home. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex and feel the residents, management, and staff are beyond comparison and truly make my life better and complete.
I moved here in 2012 and have been very happy. the management is nice and always willing to help with any questions I may have. The grounds are kept clean, the landscape is top notch, well taken care of. Maintenance is always prompt and a nice crew. I love that they have a gate that needs a card or card to enter at night into the early morning. It is tucked away in a nice spot yet freeway access, schools and shopping is very close. It is in a nicer area of Salt Lake County. It is a win, win, win property, apartments, staff and location for my kids and I. James
