Staff is completely unprofessional, from the top straight down to the bottom. Everything here is broken or damaged. After moving in I didn’t have enough room on the inventory sheet and nothing was fixed after turning it in. The building are infested with roaches Pools are never open and are in horrible condition. I was new to San Antonio last year so when I saw the prices for these apartments, I figured it wouldn't be that bad, but I was wrong. I've lived here since June 2023. The first week my car got broken into within 5 days and I had to have a window replaced. I reported it to the office and none of them cared to look into to it or take any action. They literally said nothing as I walked into the office and addressed what happened. They just looked at each other. Every service request I submit besides one has never been resolved. The service request I've put in are marked as completed, but are never resolved. I've had a big bug issue as well. The volume of roaches is ridiculous. I've never had bugs. I clean everyday and I spray bug spray every day. The bug spray once a week is the only way I've gotten some what of a handle on the bugs here. I pay my rent on time every time. For me to not have any of my issues resolved and I've been nothing but a compliant unproblematic resident, I will not be renewing my lease here. It isn't worth it here. I'd rather pay a little more for rent elsewhere.

The saying, “You get what you pay for,” is definitely true for this place. Although reasonably priced, the bugs, lack of parking, no assigned parking and inconsiderate neighbors make it not worth the price.

I believe if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all. I have been leasing with this property for a year now and renewed my lease with hopeful patience. Below is the honest list of pros and cons of living here. Pros: Vast quantities of parking Improving conditions Visual remodeling Affordable Great Management staff (they are very kind and helpful) Many deals available for new residents Community events Pet friendly 3 swimming pools Playground Dog park Cons: Pest control is none existent Maintenance is as needed, not preventative, and unresponsive to major issues with appliances Lease promises use of certain amenities but not consistently available (ex. Washer and dryer in unit) Not wheelchair accessible throughout complex Obviously overwhelmed staff, very kind individuals and helpful, but are clearly taking on too much I gave 3 stars instead of 4 because of a problem specific to my unit that has gone unattended.

Was a little scared to move in because some of the reviews are horrible. But I believe the new management has made some amazing changes and still are working every day to make this place better! I moved in about a week ago and it has been a great experience! My apartment is spacious and I am happy I chose to move in! There were a few things that needed to be fixed but maintenance came by super quickly and fixed everything! The ladies in the leasing office are AMAZING, helpful, and very friendly!

Management is working very hard to put this place back into shape, and I’m very pleased with the maintenance staff they are fast and efficient.

Only one gripe with the delay I had to wait for maintenance to get issues resolved. Management is great. Pool isn’t open yet though.
If I could give these apts zero stars I would. I lived here for about 4 years , it was cheap (WRONG DECISION) . They are very rude and unorganized. 2 of the 4 years they tried to tell me I owed money before I renewed my lease until I proved them wrong when I pulled out ALL of my money order check stubs ,because of course I kept them for occasions like this when they tried to screw me TWICE and of course just got an "apology ". Maintenance very slow there was a point where I had no ac for months during summer and it was I and my very small son and they had no care in the world another big thing was my bedroom my closet and restroom lights did not work well always flickered I put in tons of workorders FOR MONTHS and it wasn't until my lights turned off and my outlets didn't work they finally came,a week later. It was "fixed" and maybe a couple days after the apt building caught fire and we were left with nothing except for the clothes on our back now I and my 4 year old son are STILL trying to see what's going on and the office ladys do not help the manager never calls and they say they don't have a spare to my mailbox so I can't even get to mail its a very horrible place and they do not care one bit about you they don't put in work orders and they don't update you or update your files even if they say they will . I moved in when my son was 11months and now he is 4 so I am 100 percent certain they do not care about your kids your situations the problems yall will have with your apts and they have very snooty stuck up attitudes its ugly and im ready to be done
If I could give this no stars, I would. Do not move here. The staff are not professional at all. They are very rude!!! I lived there for a little over a year, my fiancé lived there for about 5 years, not sure how he did it. It was awful. If you want/need something fixed, you have to call pretty much all day everyday. It’s like pulling teeth. We didn’t have hot water for over 3 weeks, had issues with the washing machine, the roaches are AWFUL!!! We never left food/drinks out, always washed the dishes. No matter how much you spray, put sticky traps out, etc., they are STILL there! I called about a dog barking for over a month. The dog would bark ALL DAY, and until the evening! A couple of nights, the dog would bark until midnight! I was told it was being taken care of, it never was. Truck was broken into, we called and I’m pretty sure nothing was ever done about it. I never received a package I had delivered there, I called the office 3 different times, they “said” it’s not there. Called UPS, the package was shown it was in the office! It may be cheap, but it’s not worth it! This place needs to have WAY better management!!!! I am so glad we moved out!
My husband and I moved in yesterday and the sink does not work, we have no hot water, the fridge is broken on the inside, the washer and dryer are falling apart, and we did not get the unit we were shown which was an A1, they put us in an A2 that was not ready for anyone to move in, Especially for someone who is pregnant and does not have time to deal with bull like this. The cabinets are dirty and looks like all the dirt was painted over and there are gaps in the walls everywhere which can cause roaches or an entrance for bed bugs which does not please me at all and keeps me up at night. As far as I can tell this place is in need of a lot of improvements. If you’re looking for an apartment do not come here unless you’re desperate to move in somewhere fast that isn’t even finished. -Written at 6:16 A.M on a Sunday
Everything is so old, they never work. You can call for assistance with it all you want, but they don't fix anything properly. Old manager made promises for replacements that never happened. New manager says if it turns on, its not getting replaced. Dishwasher turns on but doesn't wash anything and has ruined numerous dishes, gets stuck on the rinse cycle until you turn it off, and doesn't dry anything, but it turns on so he refuses to replace or fix. Microwave has never worked and has dead roaches stuck in the glass from day one. Old manager said he ordered a replacement. New manager said it turns on, so it won't be replaced. Horrible people, horrible staff, roach filled, flea filled, mold filled places. Spend your money on a better place. Besides, people have been murdered in the parking lot in broad daylight, and nothing has been done about that either. Gates never worked, security is never seen, packages get stolen all the time, etc. I can't wait until my lease is up.

Good luck if anything breaks down, have been here for a year and I am running out of here. If you want anything fixed you have to harass the office and Emergency Line is a Joke NOBODY EVER COMES OUT AND HELP NO MATTER IF YOUR APARTMENT IS BURNING DOWN. It takes about 20 work orders and constant calls to get anybody to come out. ROACHES everywhere no matter how clean you are. MOLD everywhere from a/c vents to restroom and kitchen. OLD appliances like a 1998 dishwasher I have. Patio Doors don’t close. Took me 2 months to get my door lock fixed. NO working Laundry/Dryer for 4 months. A/C unit are old and are constantly out. They turn off water whenever they want without a proper notice in advance. Over all it’s a horrible living situation you are going to spend your hard earn money on. Know I understand why my building has several empty apartments for over a year. And why their rates are cheap because everybody is leaving. At the end of the day there is nothing you can do say to have them do their jobs and provide a great at least decent living space for what you pay. All I can do is provide my honest review on how living here has been a movie horror scene.
I've lived here for a year. Roaches, patio doors in many of the units do not lock properly. I notated that the dishwasher needed replacing when I moved in (rusted and holding water). It still hasn't been replaced after the manager said they would send someone over to replace it...two months ago. Water leak in the wall, now growing mold. I've had to do much of my own maintenance. Noisy kids from apartment complex next door even after dark. Large pothole in the parking lot in the back that has been there for a year. Stay far away from this dump.
Very bad maintenance workers My big mistake to renew lease
I moved here about 3 years ago (2014) after getting out of the military. My first year here was okay.. after that the issues begin.. the location is decent from all major highways and airport. neighborhood is sketchy. the only reason I still live here is the rent is affordable and has in unit washer and dryer. this will be my last year here ( Dec 2017). Management and Maintenance is slow to repair things. the appliances are old, out dated and barely work. there is a roach infestation. no matter how clean you are, roaches are always going to be present. very limited parking spots. My Fridge has been broken for 3 months now (June 2017 - August 2017). I'm constantly putting in work orders but nothing ever gets done there is always trash and dog poop in the grass area's. Office staff change constantly, Management have lost my rent a couple times and expect you to pay again (Always get receipts). Pools are never clean except the one attached to the leasing office. Rent at your own risk..
I have lived here for almost a year for my hot water to give up on me 3 times in the last month and since the day I moved in I've had roaches. I call all the time and their "pest control" does nothing. Girls in the office are super sweet but very unsatisfied with the upkeep of this place.
I currently live here at Lincoln village I also had my restroom and kitchen leaking lots of water from the ceilings. Roaches? Yes plenty in the kitchen and restroom even big flying ones landing on me at night while trying to unlock my front door!!! I even heard another tenant complain she had Huge RATS in her kitchen cabinets! So unsanitary and they only fixed my issues because I threatened to call the Health Depertment.
I love the way this place is ran. The staff is super friendly and helpful, if anything needs done it gets done promptly. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.
This complex is very friendly, safe, maintained and beautiful. The apartment sizes are great and the closets are huge! The staff is friendly and always available. I recommend this complex with confidence.
Lots of trash all around the apartments. Bedroom and bathroom ceiling leaking buckets of water two times this week, Little done to resolve problem. Dryer will not shut off and overheats. Smoke alarm broken. all this they have put tickets in on and have not been taken care of. Roaches in kitchen did spray, We still have a few months left on this lease but will be moving.
I moved in and a month later found bed bugs. I was forced to moved and break my lease because they refused to tell other tenants about the issue and did not even attempt to find the source of the infestation. I was told that if (and when) the bed bugs came back that I would have to pay the early termination fee plus the cost of the extermination and it would ruin my credit. Rather than finding the source of the bed bugs, they kept it quiet and didn't tell any tenants. If you currently live there I would check immediately before the charge you and force you to move too!
