We have no full units available at this time, but are offering roommate matching in partially filled units for the 2021-2022 leasing year! Highland Woods III is a cozy complex of eight townhomes, located just minutes to ASU campus! Each unit has an open concept kitchen, dining area & living room with its own private deck. Select units have laminate floors put down in place of carpet. For your convenience, there is a bike rack out front and two small green space areas with picnic tables to enjoy. Additionally, this complex is pet friendly for 1 pet per tenant. There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions apply. Highland Woods III rents for $700 per bedroom, and are on individual leases. Security deposit is $700 per room, with a $50 administration fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard Cable/Internet, on-site trash dumpster and a monthly utility allowance of $70 for water and electricity. Parking at this complex is limited and is allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Because of this, some tenants will be required to park at an alternate lot located at Watauga Village.
