As its name implies, Rim-University is nestled beside the University of Texas at El Paso. The neighborhood is also adjacent to the Las Palmas Medical Center and the Hospitals of Providence Children's Hospital. Catering to the college crowd and professionals, North Mesa Street on the western edge of the neighborhood is filled with casual restaurants and retailers. Management Is Horrible!!

Manager will make up any excuse and make up stories to kick you out. Manager claimed I was being too loud, yet I was never home, and manger claimed I threatened someone, but again. I am never home!! I always Pay on time. DO NOT RENT HERE!
