if you are on the fence about moving in well, I’m here to tell you just do it. Chloe and Lauren was great with helping me with the move-in process. The apartment is very spacious and brand new. Also in a great location near restaurants, the mall and target.
The apartments are new construction! It is a great satisfaction to break an apartment in! I love being the first to break it in. The staff is amazing! The location is awesome. I enjoy being close to all the shopping. It makes life easier. The neighbors are quiet. The grounds are always kept very clean.
Love living here besides the amenities not being built yet and paying full price. I’d recommend this place to anyone and Lauren is great help.
I absolutely love my new home! Cute little play park for my dog, tons of walking areas, and super close to grocery stores. Maintenance is really fast! Lauren was very helpful with our application/move in process. I recommend 100/10!!

We moved here during the summer, and it has been the perfect place for us! It's close to shops and groceries, while also being nicely tucked away from busy streets and traffic. The apartments themselves are the perfect size with awesome appliances both in the kitchen and the laundry spaces. The front office and maintenance crew are also extremely helpful and responsive to anything that might come up!

The staff in the front office are GREAT! they are attentive, very welcoming, and always have great warming attitudes. The apartments are kept up and easy to get around. I love the size and the design of my apartment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Best apartments in silverdale!
We have been at the Highlands for two months now, and cannot be happier for many reasons. The location is 10 out of 10. The apartment is small, but functional and modern. The manager Lauren and the assistant manager Chloe are absolutely fantastic! Always available and ready to help. Maintenance is super efficient. They fix your problem within 24 hours!! I also see them picking up trash every morning to keep the complex nice and clean. They are wonderful!! The place is super dog friendly, which is a plus for every dog owner. I really like the dog park. It is super clean and my pups enjoy playing there:-)
The Highlands at Silverdale is a fantastic place to call home. The apartments offer stunning views that make every day feel serene. Getting in and out is a breeze with minimal traffic, which is a huge plus. Inside, the tall ceilings create an open and airy feel, while the thoughtfully designed interiors are incredibly cozy and homey. It’s a perfect balance of comfort and convenience! Highly recommend.

We have been so lucky to have found Highlands at Silverdale in following career opportunities out to the Olympic Peninsula! The units are beautifully laid out and quiet from all adjacent units, appliances are excellent, property management is helpful and responsive, location is prime and in walking/short driving distance to almost anything you could need (from dog parks and stroller-friendly walking trails to theatres, coffee shops, pet supply stores, restaurants, and the mall). Plus there is seamless access to out of town routes via the interstate or Clear Creek Rd, which is an awesome option to have for avoiding traffic. More amenities are on the way, and we can't wait to have those options when they arrive!

I've been living here for a couple months now and it's been such a great experience. You can't beat the location- you are right across the street from the convenient shopping center The Trails, and just a couple minutes away from the heart of Silverdale. The units are spacious and feel so open. The finishes are nice and modern and the staff has been so friendly and helpful. I love chatting with the girls in the office Chloe and Lauren- and the maintenance team Jared and Chris are so quick and proficient. It is a new construction property so expect to see workers and construction equipment around but it hasn't been noisy like you would expect. The community so far has been quiet and other tenants are respectful and quiet. Nothing but positives all around and I am so excited for their gym and pool to open soon!!!!!
Decent space for a 1 bedroom, but that’s about where the good ends. Shiny on the outside but not great finishes. I can hear people both above AND below me. Construction right near my building at hours I was told would not be the case. Management is so unresponsive and slow. Very cold and unwelcoming. No mailboxes here even after they have been open for months. Not worth the price and headache. Stay away.
Life is stressful, Moving is stressful, Finding a place to move to, is probably amongst the worst. Even if the circumstances at not ideal, I can not say enough about my experience with this community so far. Yes, it is a little difficult to catch someone spontaneously. Due to the very attractive property, great pricing and specials (at the time of this writing), it is no surprise that they are very busy. Emailing is probably your best bet for now, as you can easily schedule a meeting and the team is very responsive. The apartments are absolutely amazing and the finishes speak opulence and luxury. High ceilings, ample space and a great layout are on point, and the coming amenities as they are built, are future excitements to look forward to. My experience was very appropriately punctuated by the amazing community manager Lauren. She handled every step of the process with grace, explained each step thoroughly, answered what must have been a million questions and provided unparalleled follow up whilst maintaining a very profession yet personable style. She made the whole process smooth, easy and gave me great confidence that renting here, I will be heard and taken care of. Thank you and despite the circumstances, I know that I have a great new place to live.
