Management is so rude and unprofessional!! Really like the apartment and the neighborhood but my car recently got towed after I renewed my lease. There was no notifications or communications at all about reregistering the car after lease renewal whatsoever. My car was damaged by the towing company and they said to talk to management and management said they're not responsible for any damages to the vehicle. They reimbursed me for the towing fees since I didn't get any communications but was so rude in the way they communicated! would not recommend living here with this current staff!!

No stainless steel appliances were in my apartment at move-in, as promised on their website. I was often told that the corporate office would contact us, but they never have. It has been six months, and nothing has been done. My car got broken into, common in San Antonio, however there was nothing to steal, the window was broken for fun. Office staff have an attitude on most occasions. This place sucks.

My home here is 2nd to none! Staff are amazing from application to walk through to move in. We're so happy here we will probably never move again! Should you need a maintenance request (we've rarely needed one) the portal is super easy to use and the response time is immediate!

The people who live there are rude and always in the road of the community. People are loud with party’s. there know parking so don’t invite anyone over. There know playground for kids so there playing in the road of the community.

Clean and quiet, great place for families or young people just starting out. Very affordable and close to major highway near gas stations, grocery stores, plenty of restaurants and a nearby shopping center

Great apartments been living here for almost 7 years love the short distance for all basic amenities and the office staff and maintenance staff are awesome thx for for being so awesome

Great apartment and very spacious. I like that I have a garage… finally! That best part of my location is that I’m surrounded by great restaurants.

Nice family oriented place. Good ground, responsive management, nice community. The floor plans are fantastic, the amenities are great, and the price is right.

Besides from maitnence I can't say I'm really happy with living here being that we pay for amenities and the pool being closed for most of the summer to all of a sudden getting charged for a garage that we been had for years already just alot more cons now then pros at this point

Staff was great and listened to what I needed. My leasing agent was amazing. I really like the apartment that I chose and was able to move in the same day

We have been living here for almost two years with my husband and it has been wonderful. The maintenance we have needed is done quickly and efficiently. I am grateful to be here.

Absolutely love the view of sunrise and Sunset. Quiet community. Staff are very nice and attentive. I really enjoy the pool area. Neighbors all seem very friendly. Close to schools.

Been great so far! Easy move in, nice place. Great setup and location !! I’ll be here for atleast a year so let’s see how it goes but I am excited!

I’ve lived here 3 and 1/2 years and since the new management has taken over a little over two years ago I’ve been completely satisfied. Community is well taken care of Front office personal and staff are very professional Monica in the front office excels and goes above and beyond to accommodate and help tenets.

Have lived here over 6 months and still have no complaints! Any maintenance requests always get taken care of quickly & the staff is always friendly

Luv my apartment and the quietness. Valet garbage pickup is a nice perk. Was surprised by the size of my garage and the amount of storage space inside my apartment.

We lived here before, moved away for work, and came back because we love the location. What's even better is the apartment complex is under new management! You can see the improvement here and it feels so nice to be back.

Very easy going, helpful staff who made the transition very simple and problem free. When arriving to the unit, everything g was in order and very clean.

So far it’s been ok! Great location and convenience. Occasional noise, dog waste and parking issues it’s overall a nice place to live. Need to continue to make updates to the property.

Location is conveniently located to eateries, shopping, and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet and very family-friendly. The property sits high on the hill, making the views amazing.

It is good but I would say maintenance request should be taken more seriously and act on it . Overall good experience, nice neighborhood and amenities.

Maintenance services are really good, Ralph is very kind and helpful, there is good communication from the administration to the tenants. The location is amazing

I love living here at Highpointe Estates. When ever we have a work order, which is rare, our request is answered quickly and professionally. We have a safe and quiet neighborhood in which to live. I wouldn't change it for the world!

Need maintenance. It's not maintained properly, things are damaged, but maintenance people come to see if we complain. Location is ok but some properties are at the back side of the view which we didn't like.

I’m new to the city and the community. Highpointe Estate is a nice and quiet community. They keep the community clean. The leasing office staff has been super nice and helpful. Even maintenance staff has been very helpful to us.

We have been living here for almost two years and it has been a wonderful experience in many ways. It is quiet, safe and if in the future I have children it would be a good place to grow up and play.

It's a good environment and the maintenance were good so far. The maintenance people are friendly with the request which we raised. Hoping to have the same support throughout the year.

Really nice Location, the staff is really nice. Close to basically everything, food, gas, groceries, movie theater…..some are close enough to walk to.

A very quiet community that we enjoy very much many families in the community which makes it great, we enjoy taking walks around the lovley community

Living here has been miserable when it comes to neighbors stomping around up to 2am. Or having to deal with annoying exhaust from a car being started at 4am every morning. I have not had one night of good sleep since I’ve moved in here. Definitely not renewing my lease. Worst place I’ve ever lived.

Move in 10/10 experience. We got our keys and gate access and we able to move in first thing in the morning. They were very responsive to maintenance needs and completed them all in one day. The front office and maintenance are very helpful

So far everything is wonderful office staff is amazing especially amber. Community is fine every seems to mind their own and take care of community

The apartment is nice for what I’m paying. And my first few months weren’t bad. However, new and noisy neighbors are ruining the quiet and it seems like everyone has multiple cars. I regularly have to park 3 to 9 buildings away from my building when I get home at night. I’m looking for a quieter complex with assigned parking.

The office staff has been kind and helpful during the application and move in process. Looking forward to living in this community and enjoying the amenities it has to offer!

My experience here has been great. I’m in a great community where I am close to work and all the things that I need that within close range.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. We have a few issues with our apartment but I believe work orders were placed to fix them. Other than that I'm excited to start our new chapter at our new place.

We moved in last year and have had such a wonderful time here! The staff are amazing. No matter how big or small your problem might be its addressed in a quick, professional manner. The amenities here are always kept up and available. Simply put., it's a great place to live.

it was a bit of a process with this move. Overall not bad, but our fan in the bedroom almost blew up and had to be removed. The fan in the other bedroom doesn’t work. Our ac system froze over and we had to shut it down to melt the ice. Somethings wrong with the vents , there’s not enough air coming from most of the vents. Might need to be cleaned or it’s the ducts. My computer desk light doesn’t work. The toilet in the master bedroom was shut off. (Luckily we work at an ac and plumbing company and knew how to manage some of these problems. M) it doesn’t seem like the place was looked at or checked before handing keys. But Hopefully all these things get addressed and fixed. But we like the complex, the view, and the floor plan.

Great apartments to live in love the the neighborhood and great privacy and love the management and super awesome maintenance staff have been living in this apartments for last 7 years never had any issues even if any issues it was taken care of very fast and in timely manner

Great location, Overall an good place to live and relatively quiet. Maintenance responds also good and the leasing office is very accessible and willing to help.

This community has good environment and staffs in the leasing office were good. The maintenance is really good so far and we didn't expect this much service from the maintenance people.

Just moved in and I’m loving everything so far! So easy to get moved in, Monica in the office is amazing and got us a great special on our place. I loved that we could do our deposits online instead of having to go get a money order. No carpet in any of the rooms is a huge plus for me!
