Thornton apartments are popular for those who want to live close to Denver, but also want that rugged Colorado terrain that provides so many outdoor activities, from camping and hiking to mountain biking and bird-watching.
There are plenty of highly-rated schools at every level in Greater Thornton, the more rural and suburban area that surrounds the heart of the city, making this an ideal place for families with children. Stunning views and unparalleled natural beauty make this part of Thornton popular with nature lovers as well, but all residents will get to enjoy the beauty of the Rockies.

Property Ratings at Highpointe Park
Cockroaches, noisy neighbors with loud dogs, poor response from the leasing office. It was honestly quite a nightmare which prompted us to run quickly out of this place, resulting in some hefty move out fees. Also disappointing because we paid so much for a place that was not updated in the slightest and we get charged to replace things that were outdated and definitely was not new when we moved in.

We are truly sorry to hear your experience wasn't a positive one. Our team works extremely hard to ensure your apartment living is a pleasant one. Your feedback will be taken back to the team.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. We moved in under the prior management company and not even two days later we got stuck with these people. They lost our rental policy and tried to charge us for their policy, they have been asked countless times to call if they need in our apartment since we have a dog and finally told us they didn’t even have our phone numbers on file. They are constantly making changes to policies and not informing the residents. They have implemented some kind of permit system which we were never informed of and parked in the wrong space so they called a tow truck and had my car towed saying my car was there for two hours when in fact i hadn’t even been home half an hour. They told their maintenance man that my car was not in the system so AGAIN lost my information and now I have to go pay to get my car back for their incompetence and complete lack of regard for their residents. Not to mention their trash service leaves food all over the stairs and the apartment complex smells like dog urine in the rocks since they do not provide much grass for dogs to use. We will not be renewing our lease here and we highly recommend not moving in here, this has been the worst rental experience I have ever had.

The location is what initially drew me to Highpointe, with my job being in Brighton it gave me easy access to the highway and I also discovered the many other alternate routes that make it so easy to get to and from work. It didnt' take long to get settled either, the apartment is so spacious and I love the black appliances against the dark wood cabinets.... It's a great place to live.... Thank you 'BEBA' for pointing me this direction.
My apartment flooded after the maintenance crew cut the rubber hose on the washing machine. I was woke up at 2:30 am by the fire department after the hose which was only cut on the outside exploded from the water pressure. The maintenance crew was there because the down stairs apartment was getting water from the plastic pipe that the dirty water from the washing machine goes to the sewer. They fix that but as I said they cut the rubber hose and it exploded from the pressure. Now my apartment smells and I am going to having it checked for mold. The people down stairs where getting sick and when they left told me she felt better.
