At first we inquired about this property because it was on the way to my job. We ended up falling in love with the staff and the property. Then Covid hit. Hillbrook Place has Great space inside our unit and so far working amenities. However during later hours it seems a bit noisy with different activities. Nice HOT water, but I can also hear others pipes at times. So far so good with respond time to maintenance tickets and concerns. Wondering how the upkeep of outside my complex though is maintained throughout messy weather. Only settle for a month now so I’m interested to see how they navigate year round.

We really like these apartments. Beautiful and well-maintained territory. There is a grocery store nearby, very shabby. Nice, friendly neighbors. Good repair. Responsive staff. In summer, you can swim in the pool, it's clean. The gym is open late, which is good.

I love this apartment. The layout is spacious and the community safe. I moved here in the spring and usually by the time summer hits the neighborhood gets a little rowdy. Not here all summer long everyone was friendly and no drama anywhere. Great place to raise your kids. My daughter has made many new friends here. The residents are friendly and some are helpful. At night it is quiet and you can open windows for fresh air and still get to sleep My biggest complaint is the stairs are too much for me as I am on the second floor

We are going on our 6th lease here. When we came it was owned by one company however when Morgan Properties came in they have made so many improvements. We now have a washer and dryer in unit, reserved parking is available, a secured package location, a playground, exercise and dog park area. Improvements can be seen throughout the property which with the things named and the staff is what is keeping us here. It is home.

The ladies who work in the leasing office, are always so kind and helpful. Sometimes I just go there to talk with them. The maintenance men are always very helpful and they are very quick to fix any issues.

I really love it here. I've been here a year and a half now and I hope to stay for a while. Everybody from the front office staff to the maintenance department is excellent! If I have an issue the maintenance team always gets it done within a day and that's awesome! The amenities are awesome as well with the gym and also the pool. The noise level is very minimal. I know I picked the right apartment complex for sure!

so far so good :) the leasing office is nice, they take out the trash around the complex on time. my apt was 95% clean just a little dusty but it’s nothing
