Unsafe and unhealthy to live
The property manager and owner don't fix things in these trailers. The floors are rotten and full of mold and mildew. Inadequate heating. The property manager and owner are more concerned about the outside of the property and not the inside. This trailer park is unsafe and unhealthy to live. City of Chattanooga needs to inspect.
