Out dated. Low quality. Moldy. Insect infested… could go on but you get this point. This place should be re built completely.

The current and newest property managers make it a tough place to live

It’s a decent, affordable place to live if you enjoy loud music and speeding cars. There also is no office on site

New management is terrible. They don’t replace anything and continuously give tenants a hard time.
