We have the best maintenance staff always nice and professional
I would recommend this place but with my move in experience I would warn others that some of the apartments are not updated with new appliances and that my move in experience was not the best due to everything being dirty.
This is my third day moving in, so far everything is really good, the apartment is nice and quiet, and the management also immediately responded to every questions we have about the apartment. Good place to move in

I would recommend this apartment community. It is meeting the update life style, convenient, and comfortable.
Can't use a single isolated maintanance situation to recommend people. Specially when the referral fee is never paid. The people at the office sat on our referral fee for over a year and now they said the tenant wasn't up to date.
I have lived in Hilliard Grand since April 2018. For the last 1.5 years property went way downhill. Managers and Leasing agents changed so many times that it was hard to know who to contact to get things done. When I needed to extend my lease, I sent my request through email I received no reply, I tried to call - no answers. I Tried to stop by the office a few times (during the office hours) and I had no luck. Office doors were closed while the office staff were inside, and no one answered the door. Corporate calls did not help to fix the office staff issue. This issue with extending my lease was resolved only after I contacted the regional manager. In addition, they did not give me my full deposit back once I moved out. When I called to find out what the charge was, the leasing agent said that I didn't return the keys on time. Current manager charged me for as she claims “late keys drop off”. The Keys were dropped off into the dropbox on time - Monday May 31, 2021 - Memorial Day (office was closed). I Tried to call them the next day, June 1st, to make sure they got the keys and again no one answered the phone. And somehow on June 1st, they managed to misplace the keys and charged me for one day. The manager or leasing agents didn’t contact me or return my calls during the office hours. Instead, the manager decided to contact me via email after office hours around 8:47 pm. I tried to contact the regional manager regarding this issue, but, apparently, after you become a former resident they don't even listen to you and do not even respond.

Cozy atmosphere & Build-in garage
The staff has been absolutely wonderful to work with making a stressful time of finding a new home much easier! Their friendly smiles and welcoming attitudes made my decision to move here easy.
A quiet environment to work from home. A dwelling with a safe garage. There is a bathroom with a bathtub. Trash collection service is available. Being able to pay rent and work orders through the community portal site.
Safest place ever everyone is is so very friendly, way more than a apartment place it' more like a home
I drove all the way from Cincinnati and arrived at noon. I was turned away b/c I didnt have an appointment. I submit a request online and no body still has responded. I'm glad I'm not a resident. I can only image what service I would get.

Apartment was decent, price was good for the area, office staff is hit or miss but I've never had better maintenance and I lived in apartments for 10 years. One thing I hated though was how sound traveled. I could literally hear conversations and TVs in the apartments around me.

I wouldn't recommend it for parking availability. Just in my short time here I've seen a motorcycle and a car not move ever from their spots. It' pretty irritating that they can just park a car they never use and a covered motorcycle basically permanently in these spots. I would recommend living here for the nice interiors and quiet community!

So far I have been impressed with the community and the overall living location.
The amenities at the apartment was good, I think this community is good for young families and couples.
I have already recommended this community to a few people.
The overall community is nice and the initial response time for the maintenance request was good, just don't think the painters did the best job.
I feel at home and can call it a safe place to live.
Overall nice community to live in. Grounds could be kept up a little nicer.
I actually have recommended this apt complex to a friend who was looking in the area. I was honest about how clearly you can hear your neighbors through the walls, but aside from that I think it is a good community.
Service has been great here very helpful making it a comfortable place to live knowing you can count on service!
I would absolutely recommend hilliard grand friends, family, and anyone looking for an apartment. Charity goes above and beyond and truly cares about the community and the people living here! She is amazing!

Positives: Responsive management office and maintenance. Quiet location, great amenities and location. Negatives: One of the rules is to not park on the street. However, the rule is not enforced much. Many townhome residents on one side of the street on Landview Dr always park on the street. This is an inconvenience and has been multiple years but not fully addressed. It is not fair to other residents as the street is narrow and would only allow parking on one side.

Maintenance is alwsys quick to reply and resolve the issue
I would recommend this community but with the caution that the units lack upgraded features and the grounds (pool, lawn areas, dog poop recepticles) are not consistently maintained. The location is great and easily accessible to the highways and close to shopping Etc. The office staff is knowledgeable, very helpful and easy to work with.
It’s a great community in a great location with great amenities.

The increase in rent proposed was $111/month which is over a 10% increase in rent. In my experience as a renter 3-5% is expected but 10% increase for good renters who pay on time is ludicrous.
Location is good, not very near to downtown and not too far from Columbus. Ambiance is good very calm and comfortable. Amenities are really well maintained.has access to public transport as well.

Crime is low, the apartments are spacious for the price, the community is clean and stuff gets DONE! :) Storage space is great in the 1 bedrooms too!
