Drugs and parties spread throughout property. Homeless friends of tenants are housed in several legal residents homes causing expectational noise and fighting. Violence and threats of violence to neighbors when complaints of noise, screaming, threats of violence against other residents are made. Police drive through property multiple times daily due to the problems that frequently arise. Had a murder in a unit in 2019. Management will not take your complaints seriously. You will be instructed to leave a written complaint in the office and nothing will be done. Roach problem. Conversed with management for months, never would spray. Just set traps. Unleashed dogs run free at all times. Empty threats are issue from management but no consequences . (call the dog catcher)-who works part time and has other duties in town. Trash and cigarettes are discarded all over the property. Other residents store items in prohibited spaces creating tripping hazards. The dead bugs, spider webs, mown grass and what looks like extreme dirt (or possibly mold) cover the siding of the building. Promises to power wash have been made for well over a year. You get what you pay for. If your in dire need of low income family housing or want management to stay out of your business...this is your place.
