Centerville is a large suburb located about fifteen miles south of Dayton along Interstate 675. Primarily a residential community, the landscape of Centerville is largely filled by low-key neighborhood streets, with a handful of shopping centers positioned on the north and south sides of town. Residents enjoy easy access to the amenities and attractions in neighboring Kettering, including its huge stake park. The area is packed with public parks, and the combination of high-performing schools and a low crime rate has helped make Centerville one of the region’s most popular options for families.

Property Ratings at Hillside Court
Hillside Court is a place to call home. The office staff is very helpful and the maintenance team is quick to respond and very efficient. Love it here!
I have lived at hillside court for 10 years. The maintenance team is always on top of any issues. They usually show up with in the hour i call. For example my furnace was not heating i called and before i got off the phone maintenance was at my door and fixed it inless than 20 minutes if being here. The office staff has always very helpful and always smiling faces when I see them. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Only negative i could say is we don't have a pool but the fishing ponds and hiking trails make up for it. I refer everyone to hillside. It's the best priced in Centerville and yes some things are outdated but all my appliances are new and for being 30 years old my stuff looks brand new.
Very dissatisfied with our experience at this complex. We started living at this complex back in 2017 when my husband got stationed at Wright Patterson. The first year was bearable I suppose I could hear the neighbor upstairs peeing every time they went, we had constant leaks that needed to be fixed resulting in soaked carpet twice that year. My husband got deployed I moved back in with my parents for 6 months while being pregnant and then when he returned we gave them another try. Maintenance was asked to fix the garbage disposal and exhaust in the bathroom, needless to say the exhaust never worked that year and the garbage disposal still sounded like a monster. We found black mold that needed to be removed which really turned us off after just having a newborn baby. This complex is very old and outdated, overpriced. We constantly had solicitors at our door. They hardly ever answer the phone. When we moved out the first time, our puppy was just learning to use a pee pad and was not yet trained to go outside, he had lots of accidents and while we were both at work it was impossible to clean them immediately, we still somehow got our deposit back when moving out. *Side note to that, the check was made out to my DEPLOYED husband and the CORPORATE office gave me trouble trying to get it in my name so I could deposit the money since he was overseas. They were trying to let it go VOID so I wouldn't receive the money.* This past time after leaving, our dog was very trained to peeing on his pad, and went outside when he was supposed to. I was a stay at home mom so when he made accidents I was able to clean them up immediately and now we have just been told that we are having to pay $1000 to replace "damaged" carpet in the entire apartment which is basically impossible, we are still waiting for photo proof. Also keep in mind that only $200 of our $500 deposit goes towards this expense because the other $300 is "administration fee". I cleaned that apartment DAILY and the weekend before we moved spent hours each day that weekend making sure it was spotless for the next tenants. This place is literally a joke. We have been loyal tenants, paid extra for month to month while finalizing the purchase of our home, been courteous in our stationing here in OH and now after being new homeowners are getting slammed with this.... Let me just save you the trouble and tell you to NOT waste your time. They are all about money and not costumer satisfaction.
