Property Ratings at HILLSIDE ESTATES
I have lived here for 14 months and have not had any issue with the property. Neighbors are quiet and the landscaping is well kept. Have had a couple of minor repairs with quick response from management. Definitely recommend these apartments!
Moved to Hillside Estates 2 months ago and absolutely love it here. Ed the manager is great, very helpful, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner. The Apartments are very spacious bright and open, with stainless steel appliances, also in unit washer and dryer and attached garage. The outside grounds are well maintained and cared for, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. So glad I moved here!

I am very disappointed with the management of this site. I have lived in a PRE/3 apartment building before and I was very satisfied with them. When I was in the process of moving again, I called this site for more information on the apartments and availability. The manager was very rude and unfriendly. Earlier this year, my friend was also interested in renting at Hillside Estates and after scheduling a seeing, the manager never showed up. He made her wait over 30 minutes without a curtesy call. Very disappointing.
I just love my apartment! It's a very spacious, newly built, attractive 2 bedroom apartment located close to everything! I love that all my closets have shelving units for hanging or folded clothing and items. I love that my washer and dryer are located in the largest bedroom closet that has the other 3 walls surrounded by the shelving units in double rows. The appliances are great and new with a great footprint layout. I have a humungous garage and a large balcony/porch. I get to keep my dog and my neighbors are great. It's wonderful and I truly feel at "home".

These apartments will "knock your socks off". 1.Stainless appliances including washer and dryer. 2.Three different configurations: one and two bedrooms. 3.Heat INCLUDED. Hot water. I am moving in the end of April! I had my choice of any unit in the next completed building. Really looking forward to this move!
We were disappointed in the units due to the WALL air conditioner and the laundry in the master bedroom closet. We also did not like the carpeting. The location was perfect for us but we won't be moving there due to the above.
