Property Ratings at Hillside on Madison
Took my spouse by there to see after she got off work. It was about 10:30 pm and could not see the buildings or area due to the fact that most of the lights in the parking lot don't work. Some of the lights at entryways are out too. It is my opinion they don't have maintenance staff or maintenance staff that just doesn't care. Who knows, I don't and will not be living there.

Thank you for your review! As we are aware of this situation, we are working with the city of Broken Arrow to get this fixed. We are a great community, with great staff, and awesome residents! Stop by the office during the day. We would love to walk you around (: - Thank you, Management
I’ve put a lot of thought into this review. I previously left a 1star review because I couldn’t find someone to care or listen to what was and was not happening a here. In the past several months we got a new manager Rachel. She is kind and empathetic someone who takes the time to relate to what you need. Rachel is definitely someone you want to take care of where you live. Thank you for making a difference here and caring about what me as resident cares about. Thank you for working with me and schedule to get things done. Thank you for being proactive in changing things and not just saying it. Things actually get fix and taken care of now. Thank you for making my home better.
I’ve lived here eight years and I am not moving anytime soon. The rent is very reasonable, the grounds are kept up and any maintenance that needs to be done is completed as quickly as they can. Melissa is extremely polite, professional and attentive to residents. TEN STARS!!!
Reasonably priced in the beginning. No bugs the first year then new neighbors and roaches start showing up and took forever to get rid of despite being very clean and constantly spraying. Never saw a bedbug though. Maintenance was pretty good but finally had to leave because they just keep raising rent by really large amounts. Raised rent 30% in just 3 years without any improvements to the apartment and claimed it was due to the market though you could research it and see market prices went up 15 to 20% in the same time period so no it was just greed.
Melissa has been incredibly helpful. She made the process to move us in as elementary as one can, all the way down to explaining what everything upfront would cost being precise & explaining why the price was so. The maintenance has been punctual whenever we have had a problem, which was literally only once and it was a minuscule thing. Overall, it's the best complex I've been at and the staff is why. Along with the complex itself being nice & upkept, of course. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings (that verified resident is me, crysta)
Move here if you don't your maintenance request done there is never anyone in the office or ever answers the phone drug traffic dog poop and i could go on but i wont waste my time the management is very unprofessional yells at her kids while people are in the office police are always here people getting arrested i would not advise to move here spend your money else where i have called corporate about this problem and they do nothing about it so that shows that they dont care they just want your money ...im so glad i moved out a month ago
This place is absolutely horrible..full of roaches maintenance is the laziest I have ever seen save your money...definitely not worth it
Nice management but maintance is very lacked. Affordable and nice and spaced out. But has bug and mice problem. Not comfortable with two kids.
The apartments are not much on the outside . They are fairly large on the inside . New appliances are nice. Management is friendly. Its nice not hearing neighbors. Crime is pretty low. Great place for a family.
