Bruh this place trash. I been living here since July and they still haven’t fixed my washer and dryer after multiple requests. They refuse to address any issues that have been brought to their attention. And the leasing office staff is a bunch of college kids who can’t even sign paperwork correctly

Everyone is nice! Love my apartment! I have a dog and access to grass and places to walk is pretty good. I have witnessed people not pick up after their pets and I have to watch my step when I walk my dog. There have also been some people walking their dogs off leash. I've also had is parking/ visitor parking issues. Depending on the time of day I may have to park pretty far from my apartment.

Living here was okay, lots of dents, broken appliances, marks and scratches in my apartment unit when I moved in, definitely not worth the price that they charge.

It can be a little loud, but overall hillside is an awesome place to live. The staff are friendly and the amenities are fantastic! Plus there’s often things happening in the clubhouse that are so much fun

The only issues I have are that on move in day the apartment was not clean and still to today I have issues with some of my appliances, but I love the community and all that Hillside has to offer its residents.

Move in was not what i had in mind. the apartment was left a dirty mess. Went to pick up my keys and found there to be bird poop all over my balcony and what appeared to have been mold in the dishwasher

Love my place! The only two things I do not love are the lack of parking spaces and the fact that majority of my neighbors do not pick up after their pets. Since moving in, my dog has gotten intestinal worms twice :/ PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET!!!

I just moved into hillside cottages and it is already better than where I lived before. The common area is very spacious and I love the big windows. The hillside community is also very nice. Anyone who I have spoken with at the clubhouse has been very nice and helpful!

The staff here is very helpful as well as the maintenance team. They come fairly quickly when you put in a maintenance request. Only issue I had is I requested no dogs for my random roommate because I’m allergic and they put me in a unit with a dog.

Just moved in here from a different complex. Move in was incredibly smooth, the staff was so kind and helpful and everything organized so well. It was worlds different from the previous move in days I have experienced. I cannot applaud this complex enough. The only reason I didn't go straight to five stars is due to the lack of accessible trash cans and disposals, though that hasn't been a major issue yet.

It is my first time living alone and I am loving it! The apartments are very nice and the staff/management are super helpful. The location is nice, and the fact there is a dedicated bus stop for the university shuttle nearby is also a plus.

As my first apartment away from my parents this has been one of the best experiences so far. Starting out with move in day, Hillside was so welcoming with tote bags, stickers, breakfast and were so helpful. So far its been great. Been a couple of issues with the apartment but they were fixed by maintenance. In terms of location, the apartment is conveniently close to school making getting to class much easier.

Informed complex during lease signing that I have a severe cat allergy and could not be placed in an apartment that had housed a cat and if it was it needed to be cleaned. Opened door on move-in day to my apartment smelling very strongly of cat and litter. Requested cleaning but nobody showed up for two days so I had to do it myself so I wouldn’t suffocate in my sleep. Besides that the unit is fine but would appreciate more communication from management.

Apartments are perfect. I love the amenities and the staff is super friendly. Just wish parking spots were a bit larger some larger vehicles if parked near eachother make it difficult/impossible to park or take up nearly two spots.

Have lived here for the past 3 years and love it so much!
Hillside ranch makes me feel at home! I am so far away from my family and I chose to live here because the atmosphere is so comfortable and the people who work here are so amazing. Sadie at hillside ranch is so sweet and always goes out of her way to help with anything. She has made my experience here so happy and fun.
