Property Ratings at Hilltop Estates
Terrible homes and management ! Minerva is filled with mice all over the place and they literally blame you for the mice or other people mess outside ! Very disrespectful and careless and everything always breaking down even after getting fixed ! They lie and don’t care about theirs residents! I’ve been living at Minerva for almost a year and I’m leaving before my lease is even up ! Mice dig holes from under the carpet they also come from underneath the floor base through out the kitchen , bathroom , back room , doors , closets etc ! I had a mice come from underneath the door outside and go straight up the stairs also seen mice pooping all in my 2 year old bed and underneath the sinks ! Neighbors moved out and left a big bag of trash out side in the back and management blames me
I've been complaining about doors being left open all night for almost a year since elon management took over. For safety reasons and the Animals. Chantel in leasing office laughs and thinks it's a joke. Guess what when rules not enforced and people see there's no penalty it gets worst. Now they are feeding stray animals on purpose leaving the door open and food in hallways. I promise you will regret dealing with Chantel and elon management. I'm at work and just received this picture. If you want to live clean and comfortable this not it. I've been uncomfortable since they took over 8 months ago. Now they don't answer or return calls. I guess they'll keep playing till there's no tenants. This place is almost half empty for a reason and was just full. Don't give them a penny. I've heard they even making deals to get people to stay/move in. Run and I mean fast. Beware they lie to get you in then ignore you.
?? ?? ?? The fact that I never lived with roaches rodents etc... this is killing me. We didn't have them with old management and everything down to my clothes is new. The landlord said we responsible for how we live and want do anything. I promise do not get stuck in these new projects because by next year it will be projects forsure. It's becoming infested my place stay spotless I have combat traps and boric acid down. RUN FAST AS YOU CAN FYI the same bugs I swept up over a week ago still there along with trash I swept in a pile almost a month ago and a broken mirror been there for months apparently we responsible for cleaning the buildings as well I would love to see how management lives YOUVE BEEN WARNED
New ownership and a new management company took over in June 2020 and the property has deteriorated fast. The security gate hasn’t worked in months, the laundry facility is dirty and less than half the machines work, the parking lot is full of deep potholes, and that only a few of the issues.

The potholes have been repaired, and the gate arm is scheduled to be replaced in the next several weeks. Be careful when doing business with Hilltop Estates. They present well to your face but they have a problem in the "truthfulness" department. If you are into get screwed over then this is the place for you but if you value honesty, integrity, and transparency then you may consider taking your business elsewhere.
I have been living at Hilltop Estates for almost 4 years and I love living their. The staff and the Management team is AWESOME...... They keep the property clean and always repairing the little and / or big things around the complex. I use to live in a 1 bedrm then moved to a 2 bedrm and I also had the pleasure of moving into the Townhomes owned by the same people. I would recommend Hilltop Estates to anyone and I'll probably re-new my lease again for another year. Ms.Thomas is very caring and very nice to everyone and always willing to listen to whatever it is you need to talk to her about. Ms Thomas and staff are always their for there tenants no matter what it is.They've been their for me on numerous occasious Good Work Hilltop Estates / Touchstone Management LTD.
