Horrible management
Housing is fairly up-to-date. But you might as well move into a prison. They are very strick. You cannot decorate your front porch, no holiday decorations or plants. Only same day warning if you violate this, they will toss your stuff in the trash. Very little parking for visitors. Have to pull teeth to get maintenance concerns resolved. Thermostat is controlled by them and no central air.

Great place
I have lived in Hillview since January of 2015. I have had nothing but a good experience since i moved in. The outside and the common space in each building are kept clean. There is a community center that is very welcoming with computers and tvs. The landlords, office staff, and maintenence crew are very friendly and quick to help with any situation that arises. The apartments are very nice inside; they also have townhouses for bigger families. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Nice apartment yet not
In my apartment before we moved in the owners have a professional cleaning crew come in and clean up and fix up the rooms. So therefore the apartments are nice to some exceptions. If you have to warm of showers your walls will get yellow streaks down the walls and have rusty looking drops on the ceiling. The surrounding people are generally nice also if you know who to stay away from. The stairways smell. But other than that they are a decent place to stay
