WAIAKEA VILLAS is RAT INFESTED!!!!

Waiakea Villas has RATS LIVING INSIDE THE WALLS!!!!! AND instead of the property management or building management exterminated they decided to renovate the apartments!!!! WHICH DOES NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE!!! VECTOR CONTROL AND TERMINIX CONCLUDED THAT THERE ARE RATS living in the walls of the buildings!!! And they scratch and eat their way into the apartments!!!!! DO NOT BE TRICKED BY THE NEW RENOVATIONS!!!!! IMAGINE hearing them eating away into the walls when you are trying to sleep at night!!!! Or getting into your FOOD or YOUR BED!!! LEPTOSPOROSIS IS SERIOUS!!! THE Department of Health should be taking a closer look at this ISSUE!!!!

Waiakea Villas is a rat and roach infested nightmare!

Waiakea Villas is rat and roach infested. The landlord does not help with the rodent issues. The security does not help with the loud drunk neighbors. Marijuana smoke is blown into apartment by neighbors that don't care about children. Laundry gets stolen from coin laundry. Pool smells like pee!

Waiakea Villas

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL grounds and location! Ponds and waterfalls everywhere, and a gigantic swimming pool. You can even walk to the bayside beach from the condos. Mixed use between vacationers, traveling professionals, and long term owners and renters.
