About This Property
---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: ---- This property is familiar to any Bangor local as it has been around since at least 1880. Originally the home of Rogan Memorials, which can be seen by the historical sign out front, it is now a full time residence. The business has been operating out back for decades. This building has original wood floors which have been refinished on upstairs. You can imagine how the original business operated below and the living was all upstairs. Today you enter through the back which brings you right into your kitchen area, which is open and spacious with a lot of counter space, plenty of cabinets and high ceilings. This is open to your dining room and living room space as well. Downstairs you have a coat closet, a large laundry space and a half bathroom. There are washer and dryer hook-ups on the main level. Going upstairs you can get a feel for the original character of the home. Upstairs you have a large back deck you can sit and relax on to enjoy a nice evening away from the bustle of Ohio St. At the top of the steps you have the first bedroom with hardwood floors. It is a longer room, but should easily accommodate a queen bed. Your full bathroom is here off the hallway, which is not crowded and there is room for some storage for linens. You then enter into a bonus room that could be used as a sitting room or office or other versatile space as it is just before entering the largest bedroom on the front of the house. This is a good size that currently holds a King bed and is spacious for a bureau or a couch. Basement storage may not be possible. Residents are responsible for electric, natural gas heat, TV, Internet and Phone. The owners will pay the water/sewer, mow and plow. Residents are responsible for shoveling steps, decks and pathways. Washer and dryer hook ups are onsite. This home is sure to please and be a great place to call your next home. Pets will be considered with additional pet fees. With questions, please call or email with questions.
