At the southern end of the Green Bay stemming from Lake Michigan, you’ll find none other than the city of Green Bay. This affordable suburb features everything from waterfront views and sporting events to wooded suburban streets and wildlife refuges. Green Bay is unique in its sense of comradery. There’s nothing quite like visiting Lambeau Field for a Green Bay Packers game. This city is often referred to as “Titletown” because the Green Bay Packers have won more championships than any other team in NFL history. After finding an affordable apartment in Green Bay, you may just find that Lambeau Field feels like your second home!
This Packer-loving community features an abundance of family-friendly amenities, from the Children’s Museum of Green Bay and the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary to the Bay Beach Amusement Park and the National Railroad Museum.

Property Ratings at Hobart Crossing Luxury Apartments
We have lived at Hobart Crossing since 2017 and would not consider living anywhere else. The buildings are immaculate and incredibly maintained. Our unit is incredibly quiet and we never hear our neighbors. The manger is wonderful and maintenance requests (which are few) are handled promptly and efficiently. The units are incredibly efficient for heat and air conditioning. The location is easy access to pretty much everything. We LOVE it here.
These apartments are immaculate! If you are looking for a quiet, luxury apartment these are the perfect fit for you! We absolutely love our one bedroom 3rd floor unit, and the layout makes the 800 sq ft feel much larger. Our hall is very quiet, and the units are built very well so sound does not carry. The people are very friendly, and quiet as well making this a GREAT place to live. Also, Betsy is fantastic!
In August of 2017 I moved into my apartment at Hobart Crossings. Best move I could have made. I have to disagree with the negative reviews I read on this site. I have felt so comfortable, safe, and happy here. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a pool side view. There is more than adequate storage, with 2 walk-in closets. The closets have plenty of hanging space for all lengths of clothing. The kitchen is beautifully done with top of the line appliances, granite countertops and plenty of storage. The washer/dryer is full size and conveniently located right in the unit. The amenities here are superb including heated underground parking, elevators, club room, Fitness room, outdoor pool, walking trail, and secured entrances. When my family and friends have come to see my home, they are very impressed and think I made a great decision to live here. The people I have met here are extremely friendly and welcoming. It is very quiet and well kept. The management often does “extra” gestures that really make you feel like they care about you. Personally I love it here and couldn’t be happier!
I have lived at Hobart Crossing for a year and a half. It is my first apartment and it feels like a home. I can host my children, family and friends comfortably. The kitchen island is perfect for food prep, eating and I even use it to lay out my sewing! The pool is wonderful in the summer. I have met some good friends and recommend Hobart Crossing.
I find the other 3 reviews to be so skewed its almost ridiculous. One stated that they had to hook up all of their appliances and sweep up and clean up the apartment once they moved in. Too funny, I was the first tenant that moved into Hobart Crossing and I am still here to this day. I know for a fact a tenant cannot move into and apt until it is inspected and the building is issued a tenant residency permit. They do not sell the apts they lease the apts. The closet the person is talking about is actually the HVAC closet that the HVAC should be in and you shouldn't use it for any kind of storage. Hobart Crossing has a fantastic pet policy. Doggy bags are at every entrance/exit as well as garbage cans to throw the bags in before reentering the property. They tout being pet friendly and not pet for all 3 of the buildings. Granted if you choose to live in the studio apts they will be small and short on storage but you tour the place before you move in so how does someone not know this before hand? I have lived in other complexes and they nickel and dime you to death on fees for the community room or for the gym, HC offers these for free. I love my heated underground parking as well as all the community events they plan just for the tenants. Sure you have to make your own choices and decisions as where to live. You don't have to take my word for it, but go see for yourself and make an informed decision. Not one based on a past tenant who left because they got in over their head or probably never lived there but wants to trash talk the place because they are a management company from a competitor. Oh and the pool I forgot to mention the pool....probably my favorite amenity they have.
