Amazing Location!
I've lived here for a year so far and I love it. It's hard to beat living right across the street from the ocean. Most units have just been renovated too, so all-new carpet, cabinets, appliances, tubs/showers, and granite countertops. Riviera Village is a 10-minute walk away, where there's numerous restaurants and little shops to explore. Then the famous Redondo Beach pier is about a 20-minute walk away. Management is very friendly too. Lucky to be living here!

Holiday Riviera is Like a Vacation!
The location is like a vacation. Three stories, ocean views with the sound of the waves crashing twenty four seven. Walk out the front door and cross the street to the strand. This complex has one and two bedrooms, front units with 180 degree views of the ocean-from Palos Verdes to Malibu. Interiors have light carpets crown molding and mirrored closets. The manager Donna and her staff are very friendly and responsive. There is also gated parking. The city will. Sell you parking passes so your guests don't have to pay for the meters.
