Downtown Holland is beautiful: elegant, historic architecture filled with trendy shops, boutiques, and restaurants; sidewalk cafes with jaunty umbrellas; narrow, tree-lined streets; and in the spring, bright and cheerful tulips adding bursts of color. Add in the Macatawa River and gorgeous Riverview Park, and this neighborhood is unforgettable. The Window on the Waterfront Trail covers 30 acres and includes walking and bicycling paths, a baseball field, river views -- and 100,000 tulips.
Holland celebrates its vibrant bulbs during the Tulip Time Festival, held every May. The event includes live music, a parade, a carnival, Dutch dances, an art exhibit, an artisan market, and more. Downtown Holland is trendy, historic, and sophisticated. This "Great American Main Street" and one of "America's Prettiest Towns" is home to museums, theaters, and art galleries. Residents enjoy street performers, heated sidewalks and streets, and year-round great events.

Property Ratings at Holland Apartments
Hidden gem in Holland! Holland Apartments are safe, affordable, pet friendly, and spacious! I lived there for nearly 5 years and it definitely was one of the better apartments I lived in. Also, it’s located within a 5 minute bike ride to a brewery, bakery, and the water. About a 20 minute bike ride to downtown Holland!
We absolutely loved living here. It's extremely quiet and a beautiful view from the balcony. Maintenance had a speedy turnaround for minor repairs.
We've lived at Holland Apartments for over 2 years now and have zero complaints. The landlords and maintenance people are super nice and willing to help with anything. The rates are pretty good also considering how much apartments go for these days. It's always nice and quiet around there but not far from town if you want to get out and enjoy the evening. Highly recommend!
