Property Ratings at Holland Crossing
Over priced. Never fixes stuff. Like the hallway lights. Or repaint stuff. Outside is always a mess. Poop trash never empty.
First of all they are charging WAY to much for the tiny place you get and NO amenities. The washer and dryer will SHAKE the entire building and you’ll hear your neighbors.. doing everything if you catch my drift. They will also try to charge you Crazy amounts of money upon move out so be sure to take LOTS of pictures when doing so. Would NEVER recommend and I loved there for two years. Lived in F1 and H13.
Please do not rent here. The manager is extremely rude, and does not treat people well. I left the apartment in good conditions, and they are claiming large sums of money for damages when I have pictures to prove that they are scamming me. I will be filing small claims court on them. They over inflate their prices and do not follow their protocol per their leases.
You can hear any and everything your neighbors do. So if your neighbors have young children, or if your neighbors have to work at 5am, it will drive you crazy! (Even if they live below you) Kitchen it up to date and very nice. Not a lot of closet space. Can't buzz people in if you have someone over, you have to go to the door and let them in manually. Not a lot of amenities, if any. Management and front office are nice people. But I will be moving when lease is up, I've only been here a year.
Our apartments are great they were renovated a couple years ago. Major appliances are included. Very secure in a nice neighborhood. Downside is it seems like the management of our complex changes a lot. So you aren't always sure who is in the office or if they will always be there. Another downside is when you have someone over you can not buzz them in, you actually have to go down to the door and let them in the building. Not a horrible thing but kind of annoying at times. Over all a great place with a few negatives.
