This place attracts you in with appearance and aesthetics. Once moved in, you will see the place is held together with temporary bandages to fix issues that will continue happening, roach infested, loud construction noises that have been going on for 2 years (can't work from home because it is too loud), the gym is absolutely filthy and never cleaned, and management makes excuses for everything and cannot take responsibility. Think twice before signing a lease. I can't wait to get out!

Do not move in. They pretend that they are responsive but do not do anything once there are actual problems. I had a cockroach fly out from cracks on the wall that I had also put in as maintenance issue that never got resolved. Once I went to front desk they told me it was not an emergency maintenance request and that I would have to wait until the morning. I had to spend the night at a friend's place and asked to be contacted once the issue got resolved. No response back. When I called three times, I finally got hold of property manager who told me that they were going to get an exterminator but wouldn't tell me the contact information because "he doesn't have to" when I asked for it so that I could get them to come that day. Such a rude property manager and I will move out as soon as my lease is up. I pay way too much money for rent and maintenance for this type of service.

Great place to live. Staff is amazing, amenities are kept in immaculate shape. Maintenance team is awesome. Beautiful building

The environment is nice; the front desk is nice; the HW office is nice. The only thing that concern me alot is why the water and electricity could be shut down for so many time in just one month.

Hollingsworth is great for location and its spacious rooms. I love the big windows but where I live is too close to the nearby building. I know that the windows could be seen through so I need to draw the curtain down for my privacy. But I want the sunshine. There were also many other things to be fixed when I moved in. Keys, a hanger, doors… There are still many things to enjoy at Hollingsworth. The amenity part is me and my friends’ favorite. There are a lot of games here and there for us to enjoy. The design of the sky deck divides it into different part. Everyone could find a spot free from others’ disturbance. I have heard that there was a lot of water shut down here. I was a bit worried but when I saw the building provided lunch and bottles of water, the bathrooms in the amenity area are also usable, I was fine with the building’s management.

We've only lived at the Hollingsworth for a week and the entire staff has made it feel like we've lived here for years. Location, amenities, staff, and everything in between are all top notch, happy to call this place home!

The experience to live in here is really sucks. How comes be an luxury apartment that doesn‘t have heat at night always in such cold winter?They also have some hot water issue always. And the stuff in the front desk is also very rude and say some insane words and make some insane words when this kinda situation happened. The worst building I ever lived in

It's a shell of a great luxury place. Very very cheap appliances, including noisey AC unit. Loss of power and water multiple times but blamed on flukes. Nice staff but such a HOT MESS!

I've had a great experience at the Hollingsworth so far - the staff and amenities are incredible!

Excellent facility just few minutes from Times Square and business hub

I am a busy New Yorker who has lived at Hollingsworth since February 2020 and I love it! The gym has it all (more than other buildings I toured nearby) and it is so convenient to be able to take a quick elevator ride to the gym and get a great workout when I have free time - and the gym is clean and follows great cleaning and safety protocols. The apartment has a great washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, sink and refrigerator, which allow me to save time. The location is amazing - you have all the shopping of Herald Square and can get almost anything delivered to your door fast, which is another great perk when you are busy. The staff are very courteous, friendly and responsive and have responded to all of my questions quickly and I have never lost a package despite order hundreds to pick up at my convenience (another perk when you're busy). The open rooftop with the view of the nearby Empire State Building is gorgeous and the rooftop has grills, gardens, tables and chairs. I also like the resident app that let's you manage everything easily from your phone. I toured all of the buildings nearby in 2019 with my fiance and we got the best feel right away from Hollingsworth and from the Leasing Consultant, who is so friendly and professional, and I am happy that our instinct was in 2019 was right on. I love Hollingsworth!

Very frustrating to live in an apartment with a window AC unit that does not work well, doors that dont shut, and a front lock that can easily be picked. Also perpetually dirty carpets in the corridor from work done at least a week prior.

The living experience is great here at Hollingsworth so far! Staff is nice and super helpful, living environment is clean, location is superb.

The common areas are great, however, all of the upper floors are under renovation and many of the apartments on occupied floors are also under construction. The end result is a lot of noise, dust and cockroaches. Most of the staff is nice though.

Incredible, fresh building with an outstanding management and maintenance team

I loved my building. The hallway smells amazing, people are always friendly, everything is brand new and well maintained. It was a great decision to move here!

Kudos to the leasing team! Matt is amazing. He is very professional and nice. I had the best experience with the tour, application, and onboarding.

The building is currently under an overhaul but everything is moving towards the bright side!

Very convenient location! Friendly doorman and nice package service. You can hear noises from other units in the hallway, but the sound isolation is very good when you're in the room. The bathroom layout (in my studio unit) can definitely be improved, but the kitchen is pretty convenient to use.

Friendly and responsive management office, excellent apartment size, apartments have older charm, would recommend the Vogue!
