About Hollister Creek Apartments
Newly Remodeled, Large 2-Bedroom Apartments with Washer & Dryer! We are in the process of renovating Hollister Creek Apartments, conveniently located just off of Coronado Ave. and the I-5. Our homes have luxury vinyl plank throughout the entire unit on the ground floor, have carpet in the bedrooms in the upstairs units, new Whirlpool appliances, new light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and cabinets. Each home has 2-Bedrooms, 2-Bathrooms, a washer and dryer inside the home, and we are very pet friendly. Our community is also being improved. Both the pool and the spa will be refinished and we will be installing a new gas grill by the end of January. We will also be painting the exterior of the community and sealing and striping the parking lot.

Nestor is located about 14 miles south of Downtown San Diego and 10 miles north of Tijuana, Mexico. Access to Interstate 5 and Highway 75 allows for easy access north towards the heart of the city or south towards the border. Property Ratings at Hollister Creek Apartments
The facility was obviously constructed in the 70's. The bathrooms need to be up-dated. Toilets are small, tubs are older model that slope and too high. Windows are "paned" with faux stripping, making them difficult to clean. Flooring could be up-dated, omitting carpet. Downstairs patios have no drainage, which doesn't allow floors to be scrubbed.
It is not in a good neighborhood. The building is very old, a lot of plumbing issues. The Homeless People are always coming onto the property and go thru trash and leave it everywhere.
I would still recommend this apartment for the amenities they have
The hotel across the street always has something bad and scary going on. Cars are always being hit if you park on the street.
I would recommend this place because the manager is very professional, easy to talk, strict but in a nice way and honest. The place is quiet and the surroundings nice and clean. I love this place.
The failure inside our unit was definitely not our fault but unlike any other apartment community this apartment wont even offer and NOT even give us any compensation for what happened that caused us so much inconvenience which is so disappointing and the fact that the same issue happened even less than a year
I do not feel safe here. The fence is the back is broken and has been falling down. I submitted a work request and nothing was done. I always see homeless people in front. Someone came to my door at 7:00 a.m. pounding on my door, they looked like they were on drugs. The building is very old and the plumbing keeps giving us problems.
8 out of 10, there are bums going though the trash area inside the "gated" community. The trash will be scattered everywhere. When I moved in the apartment, the carpet hasn't been changed or cleaned. The tenants before me lived in there for a couple of years, per the landlord.
I am really happy and satisfied with the choice I made by renting in this property. The attention the manager has with the tenants is impeccable, respectful and great attention. Maintenance does his work is on time and leaves everything clean.
