Property Ratings at Hollypark Knolls Apartments
I would like to give my gratitude to the Holly Park Knolls(Greystone) Management team. The staff here do a wonderful job making sure that our property is alway safe, well kept, and quiet. When I walk into the leasing office everyone is welcoming. The energy is amazing. I moved into my unit 2020. There were a few challenges, durning the pandemic but everything worked its self out. Gina the Property Manager and the rest of the managers followed through promptly with any issues/ service request I have ever had. Great kid friendly community.
I’m very happy with the Staff..they are excellent! Vannessa has been a huge help to me from the beginning. Everything is taken care of professionally and promptly.
We were approved within hours of applying. All staff are friendly and very thorough. Any questions or concerns in regards to the unit, property, or tenants have been answered or addressed in a timely manner. Unit was very clean and property is very clean and regularly kept up. As long as this level of service continues, we are good. Thank you!
Property Manager Gina and staff at Hollypark Knolls Apartment are very helpful. When I was moving from Bakersfield to Inglewood in January 2017; I was able to get approved for my apartment in four hours and this was very helpful because I didn’t have to make multiple trips for my apartment approval.
I really enjoy living at Hollypark knolls, our environment is nice with little to no trouble from the community. The staff is efficient and responsive when issues arise. Gina and Vanessa is very understanding and accommodating when dealing with other issues . I would recommend. Jonathan
Why is it? Great? It's perfect for my husband and myself. We are seniors our apt is ADA ,everything is close to our unit. The office staff are great they do there best to solve any issues. Maintenance staff are kind and polite. Living here is peaceful and convenient.
I’m so happy in my new home. Big shout out to Gina for helping me with the process to live here. I grew up in Inglewood and always passed by here but never thought I’d one day live here. It’s soooo peaceful and quiet. I forget we’re on a Main Street sometimes haha. The staff are amazing and so welcoming. Vanessa and Jose are extremely sweet and also very helpful when I have any questions. I love my place the neighborhood and the staff. 10/10 this is your sign to move to Hollypark Knolls ??

Hi there, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! We love doing our very best in providing an excellent living environment. Thank you for being a valued resident.
My family's decision to move into this property met with a warm welcome and outstanding service from the beginning. The people work in the lease office like Gina, Vanesa, and Jose are phenomenal. They go above and beyond to make sure we got the right and proper information and also make a wise decision. This is surprisingly a quiet and well regarded community. If safety and living in a well regarded communities your choice, just come here. It is rare to find place like this. Kudos to those kind and hard working individual at Hollypark Knolls!!
I have been a resident of Hollypark Apartments for several years. Greystone Management takes excellent care of the property. Gina & Sergio are amazing! Living at this community has been a positive experience. Whenever I stop by the office, the staff is polite, friendly and professional. I love it here!
Hollypark Knolls is a place to call home. Their grounds are clean the apartments are cozy. I love the amount of Windows that my apartment offers. Also keeping my car in the garage is a plus. My neighbors and the staff are very friendly. They take care of my maintenance request extremely fast. I've enjoyed my stay for the past 3 years' I sure recommend Hollypark Knolls.
We cannot wait until the stadium is finalized. We’ve lived here for approximately 11 years and the community has really changed and improved. All of the upgrades are amazing. We love our brand new Soundproof windows, electrical garage doors and the landscape is sooooo beautiful. We truly feel at home. We walk to the Forum for great concerts and can’t wait to walk to a football game. Professional office staff and the maintenance guys are always so kind and helpful. They take care of everything so fast. We love our apartment. Thank you Hollypark.
This community is so beautiful, peaceful and amazing. My apartment is so spacious with lots of windows. Love it! The grounds are clean and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. Five STAR
The manager and leasing agents are like used car sales people. They gloss over the most important information like in addition to the outrageous rent with no coveted amenities you have to pay for water, trash and sewage. 1. I always paid my rent on time. However, they don't emphasize the 10% late fee if your rent is late. For example if you rent the cheapest two bedroom apartment your late fee would be $212.50. This is outrageous especially since they never answer the phone and are always out of the office even at the first of month when rent is due. Catch them if you can. Best advice is to pay your rent in person and get a receipt. They have a drop box but tell you that you can use it as your own risk. They lost my rent twice. Luckily I had signed receipts. 2. This property is not handicap friendly. There is no way for a disabled person to get to the leasing office because there are four stairs and no ramp. The office has a front and a back entrance so there should be a ramp at least one of the entries. There are not enough curb cuts in the sidewalks. 3. They say no pets. The property looks and sounds like a kennel. Many tenants don't put their dogs on a leash and you hear consistent barking day and night in some parts of the property. 4. What fitness center? What Doorman? What Elevator? What garden? What intercom? 5. They advertise that they are close to USC and other colleges. USC is 10 miles away and UCLA is 17 miles away, Loyola is 7 miles away. That may seem close but 10 miles in LA traffic is like 20 miles elsewhere. 6. This is not a smoke free property. They only prohibit smoking outside in the common areas but not inside the apartments. Heaven forbid you have a neighbor who smokes cigarettes or marijuana. 7. No central air or heat. 8. Close to entertainment and shopping? They must be referring to El Segundo or Manhattan Beach. The only entertainment to date is the Forum. No theaters and clubs to note. Shopping is a joke. There are no high end stores unless you consider Target, Costco, Old Navy, and Marshall's upscale. Grocery shopping is a joke. No Whole Foods, Bristol Farms or even a Trader Joe's.
The property managers were very kind and optimistic upon signing the lease. After that, everything tended to unfold. Extra charges: Gina went over the charges that were the tenants responsibility: Electric, water, and gas. In actuality, you’ll be paying that, PLUS about $6 in miscellaneous fees and a $20 trash fee per month, which is for a single large community trash bin. It’s almost always overly full and messy. Also, the gas heater is not at all efficient, so expect to pay about $60 per month just on heating costs during the winter- and that’s not even by using it daily. The buildings are very old and very drafty. There’s also no central air, so you’ll need to buy an air conditioner or fan. Also, your rent will increase every year, with a months notice. As mentioned, the buildings are very old. The doors are janky. The windows (which were advertised as new) don’t cancel out noise. You’ll hear people talking at a normal noise level outside, even when closed. It gets very loud. You’ll also hear airplane noise. Given the proximity to the airport, it’s a shame they opted out of double paned windows. If you’re in a lower level unit, you’ll hear every thump and sound your upstairs neighbor is making. I can even hear my neighbor’s television from across the hall. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, which means lots of mold. Even when the windows are open, as recommended by management. I’ve also found mold in my bedroom, regardless of having my windows open daily, for that very reason. As others have mentioned, there is an ant problem. When addressing this concern to management, they fix the problem with ineffective ant killers that I could find at the Home Depot. Imagine sitting down in your living room (I’m a pretty clean guy) and finding ants crawling on you. Some are in fact red, so they do bite. Also, upon moving in, the first night, I got bitten by spiders. I still have the marks on my legs. Gina also warned me about a big bed bug problem. The carpets smelled terribly upon moving in, so be sure to shampoo it before you move anything in (another expense). The gate isn’t as secure as advertised- It’s often broken, or the security guard is in the booth sleeping. This is my completely honest review- I wish I’d known these things upon moving here. It’s not worth the rising costs. The managers over exaggerated about every detail. By the way, there’s no fitness center. Hollypark Knolls had the nerve to list that on some of the rental websites.
My husband and I recently went to Hollypark Knolls to see about renting an apartment that was available for occupancy. When we went to the Leasing Office, we were met with a friendly group of women that were more than happy to help us. One of the employees took us on a tour of the entire complex on a small golf cart type vehicle and we were able to see all the extras that come with the apartment. The grounds were very well kept and all the staff that we ran into during the tour greeted us with a welcome smile and friendly hello's. The woman that took care of us was very thorough and did an excellent job answering all the questions we has about the complex. We had a great experience and can't wait to move into Hollypark Knolls.
Lease says no pets but there are dogs EVERYWHERE in plain sight. Big ones, small ones, and ones that bark at all hours. One lady has two large dogs in her apartment. Two! Many changes/upgrades being made and demographic is changing. Central air would be a nice addition! They respond to maintenance calls within a day or so that's a big plus. But there's no rent control and they will raise it $60-100 per year, so beware! Oh, and I guarantee most of these *glowing* reviews are bogus. An actual tenant.
They say no pets but there are dogs everywhere. If you don't sign a lease they raise your rent twice a month. No central air or heat and no window units allowed. Management is incompetent.
In a gated community with guards you feel safe reconstructed outdoors 1 for beauty landscaping 2 for water conservation. Upstairs in my apartment big living room with big windows that lead to the dinning too off to the left decent size kitchen to the right a small hallway which 3 doors lead to coat closet, bathroom, and bedroom the price may be up there a little but you can't put a price on feeling safe
I am a second time resident at this complex. I love calling Hollypark home. The staff in the leasing office knows everyone's name in this 19 acre complex which shows personal interest not just in the property but to each individual renting. The complex is clean and they have onsite maintenance that will get to your problem within a day or two. Gina the manger was great! I told her what I was looking for in an apartment and she knew which apartment was perfect for me. Hollypark is a gated community with a security guard the roams the property 24 hours. They are currently in the middle of a landscape project to reduce water usage so the grounds are not currently at its best but when it is finish it will be very nice. I have 2 cons with Hollypark .... One is not enough parking in the complex. Each place has a one car garage (if you have only one car no problem) but if you have two cars and you come home late be prepared to park outside the complex. 2nd con is they charge for water sewage and trash which fluctuates between $45-$50 a month and is added to your rent.
Hi! Current apartment is cozy, we look forward to Football season as we host our annual kick off. 2 rooms 1 bathroom very spacious
Currently renting out a bedroom in a home that provides all the necessities of living. With access to a full kitchen, two bathrooms and the rest of the house, it is a plus to an affordable room for rent. The bedroom rented is very spacious and comes with great natural lighting and air conditioning. Additions one cannot complain about.
My husband and I actually found Hollypark Knolls by accident, 4years ago. With the staff being so caring and the property going up in value, thanks to the reopening of The FORUM, We can't seem to leave. However, the apartment we have grown to love goes up in rent every year and we fear one day not being able to afford it and having to move back home with our parents. We are planning on having a family but haven't been able to find a bigger apartment On apartments.com in our price range. We absolutely love our apartament and if apartments.com can't find another like it, they should at least pay for us to stay in this one.
The apartment place had an upgrade since i havebeen there it is quiet not enough parking space it is comfort
