Less than five miles east of LAX and about 11 miles southwest of Downtown Los Angeles, Inglewood boasts a prime location near the Pacific Coast with convenience to several beaches and parks. The Hollywood Park Community and Staff are awesome. I enjoy having a farmers market within walking distance. Having entertainment options within the community is also a big plus. The movie theater and the other retail shops that will be opening soon, is really awesome.

Hollywood Park is like living at a Ritz Carlton. It's super clean and inviting. The porters/maintenance and on site office team and responsive and interact with residents when in countered. Being a resident at Hollywood Park is a relaxing, fun, and safe experience. This place receives a lot of traffic’s (football games, rolling loud festival, movie goers) but we never hear a single word and we are never stuck in traffic created by large events on the grounds. The staff are kind and professional. They groundskeepers make sure that the place is in top Knotch shape. The amenities are A1. As someone who grew up 3 minutes from here, my concern was that this place would overly gentrify the beautiful city of Inglewood but after meeting most of the residents, I would say that isn’t the case. Everyday, I feel as thought i wake up in paradise. I love it here!
