There were too many and we were embarrassed to have family over or friends . Their was mole in the bathroom and they did nothing about it.

had issues with roaches in the apt off and on. Elevator is broke a lot and packages get stolen VERY easy. Management is nice and very responsive.

So many cockroaches it’s scary. No voice mail and unanswered emails, mold and damages. Just avoid wasting your money and time. It’s best for your health.

The building is infested w roaches, they turn off the water at least twice a month to “fix” it from 9am -5pm. The building managers are rude, and EXTREMELY unprofessional. The people running it are thieves who come up with FAKE reasons to charge you. And change records to try and support their made up reasons. So make sure you always keep records of every bill and everything you paid because they WILL try and steal from you. It’s constantly a mess in the building, it’s not even remotely nice looking on the inside. Just white walls and creepy fluorescent lighting, it’s extremely noisy, and the managers do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help you or fix the place up. And god forbid anything breaks or needs some kind of repair i. Your apartment because NO ONE will ever come to fix it. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! It WILL be the worst decision you ever made. Also they pay people to go on here and write good reviews.

Great customer service and units are spacious. I love that is located close to everything.

I need not say much about the location . You are right in the center of Sunset boulevard and Hollywood boulevard which makes you accessible to everything through your feet.  What I would like to mention here is my move in experience which was so amazing in the Hollywood Pointe Apartments.  So I'm an international student, very Alien to the Move In process. I've been here for 2 years in different apartments under various managements and you'll always notice the response is usually slower, you're given unreasonable time frames , sometimes the management imposes such rules you'll feel like you're in some military school But as I said my experience here with the Karla while shifting in was so smooth and easy its the perfect start that someone like me who is new to this place require. She's very helpful in accommodating the best of your preferences with excellent customer service.  If you're new to this place and need a good place to stay in the middle of the action in Los Angles come here and contact Karla for whatever you're looking for. You wont really regret anything, its a perfect spot. :-)

I've been here two weeks and I've noticed the apartment building itself is infested with roaches. I am living in the constant fear of roaches crawling in my apartment unit even though I spray my door and the hallway every night.

I called the number and made an appointment to come see the studio apartment. When I arrived no one opened the door when I called on intercom. Then I called on the phone again and no one picked up. I've spent 30 min calling them everywhere without getting any answer. So unprofessional and such a waste of time!

Although the studio unit itself is clean and spacious, our neighbors are a bit on the noisy side (i.e. kids playing and screaming in the hallway for hours), even after it has been brought to the management's attention. And studio apartments don't come with a parking space.
