Property Ratings at Holmes View Manor
Holmes View is overall a pretty great place to live. It is within walking distance to campus, some bars, and good restaurants in the area. It is a quiet, small complex but has a lot to offer. Through Winkler, there is free housekeeping once a month and the in-unit washer/dryer is super convenient as well as the dishwasher. My roommates and I enjoy living here. A few downsides are that the living room/kitchen area has no windows, so get good sources of lighting! The bedrooms and living room are also pretty small. Another thing is that the parking lot should really be repaved and it is a tight fit.
