Property Ratings at Holy Name Heights
I had the pleasure of living at Holy Name Heights for three years, and it was an exceptional experience. The property is unique, set on 70 acres right in Madison, offering a serene and spacious environment. The location is fantastic—close to shopping, restaurants, and the highway, yet away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. The apartments are well-maintained and feature modern amenities like granite countertops, hardwood floors, and in-unit washers and dryers. The building is tranquil, which makes it easy to get restful sleep. One of the most remarkable aspects of Holy Name Heights is its strong sense of community. The property manager, Jim, is exceptional and always responsive to any resident's needs. The maintenance team, Tony and Alan, are fantastic and ensure that any issues are promptly and efficiently resolved. The residents, a mix of retired adults, middle-aged families, and younger couples, contribute to the friendly atmosphere. With ample visitor parking and reliable security, it's a worry-free living experience. The amenities are top-notch, including a nice walking trail, a ¼ mile track, a workout room, a basketball court, and heated parking. The community also offers a theater lounge, sunrise lounge, and two patios, which provide plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, Holy Name Heights is a hidden gem in Madison. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and friendly place to call home. Living here has felt like being part of a welcoming and caring family. I can't recommend Holy Name Heights enough!
The property manager, Jim, is the best property manager I have ever had. The pricing is fair and the building is super cool. It sits on 70 acres right in Madison. It's really unique, I very much enjoyed living here.
You don’t have to be catholic to live here! There is a great mix of some retired adults, middle age families and younger couples. There’s plenty of parking for visitors and most people who live here are very friendly. Never had to worry about things getting stolen. I worked night shift for awhile and never had an issue getting enough sleep. There’s a nice walking trail around the perimeter of the property, ¼ mile track, workout room, basketball court, and heated parking.
Can't beat the location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and highway. The complex is away from hustle and bustle of traffic. There are so many extras for the rent you pay. There is a Church on property, basketball court, and small workout center that residents have access to. The apartment that I am in is very clean and has plenty of space for a 1 bedroom. When something does need fixed the property manager has taken care of it right away. Residents are very friendly. I have never been in a complex that is so quiet. Don't pass up living here you will not be disappointed. I feel blessed to be a part of Holy Name Heights.
