HoM Flats at Felch Street

Safe. Comfortable and very clean. Amenities are accessible and we all get along. I love living here especially with multiple door accesses for safety and we all respect each others privacy.

For the most part...i love it here. I LOVE my apartment! The staff is friendly & professional. Even my neighbors are very nice (even those that dont speak the same language are nice & friendly). The walls & the floors are too thin as i can hear people down the hall or the floor below me (sometimes)..but hey...it is an apartment. I do not plan on moving anytime soon!! The staff plans activities for adults, children and the pets! They are always adding activities and trying to keep things fresh. I also like how they actually take the time to converse with you and try to understand any problem that you may be having.

I have been at Home Flats for 3 years as a loyal resident. But it is the staff members who make this place so amazing and who make it so easy to want to stay. I love the community activities and events. They make this place a home not just an apartment. I hope to stay and be a part of this community for years to come. It has honestly changed my life for my kids and I because nobody else would give me a chance. And in that I was able to prove for years now that I am a clean and safe resident who has never been late on my payments. Thank you Hom Flats for everything you do. To the staff and maintenance crew you are truly amazing people and my kids and I are so grateful for everything that you do! It is clean, safe, time friendly for everything, and all around a blessing. ??

Have been here several years watched people come and go, made friends, said goodbyes, amazing and genuine staff, welcoming you home after work day's wonderful home this is.

Everyone is friendly and they have monthly activities that are fun! It’s kept clean and I feel safe living here. Never had any noises from the neighbors.

Everyone’s friendly, have had no problems. All the staff in the office and maintenance work fast. The apartment is good for kids, with the play area and park. My boys enjoy it.

Great place to live! Quiet! And spacious! Beautiful apartments and great amenities. Easy to pay rent online too! Also a plus that it is pet friendly with no extra fee

This is an apartment community! Not everyone will click, not everyone will have the same line of thought..but everyone here wants to be able to live their lives. Some neighbors are qieut some are noisy but there is a mutual respect that everyone has for the other person. The ONLY thing that would make my stay here any better...is a balcony! This is one of the few places i actually am greatful to be in. From the full sized (in your apt) washers & dryers to the amenities to the maintenance and office manager. Tom is the new manager and i just want to welcom him as well ??

Great! Maintenance & management are always quick to address concerns. Great area close to everything . The amenities are also so convient and love the safe feeling of the building

My kids and I have really enjoyed living at Hom Flats ! It has a great community feel andtheres always fun themed activities throughout the month!

The staff are so responsive to ideas and maintenance, most everything gets fixed right away! The events in the art studio and out on the diag are really nice, no driving needed to join a water balloon fight, a picnic, art project or pizza night! Good job all of you!

This is a great place to live, you feel cared for and most of all the children enjoy the atmosphere and the many different activities being available to them.

I have lived at Hom flats for over two years and still love it. I feel totally comfortable and safe here. I appreciate how the company keeps the common areas clean every week. I have made several friends within the community and love the amenities that are available to us to enjoy.

Thank you Hom Flats for allowing my kids and I to be a part of this wonderful community. It is safe, clean, and well managed. I have never experienced such a well taken care of living. Maintenance is always ready for whatever challenges comes there way. The whole team is honestly the most wonderful people.

I love how well kept the grounds are. The matinee crew are diligent. Staff is down to earth. Not one issue with residents :-) Peaceful and relaxing. My girls and I like it here!

I can't begin to explain how amazing this community has been, how I am so happy to be here. I love my community, I hope we get our old maintenance crew back. but other then that everyone is kind, caring, and polite. I haven't heard of any fighting among neighbors. I'm so happy this was my first appointment, and probably the only apartment I'm in until I am ready to find a home.

Love all the amenities the complex has to offer! I feel comfortable and love that I have so many activities to do while at home. It could be with my Family or my fur baby. Great place to live.

Feels like Home. My girls have things to do with their friends. Safely. With my disability I am able to move around how I need to. Clean environment. Shaké is Very good people in the office. Highly recommend 10/10 :-)

I wish the suite had 2 bathrooms, but the whole Holland area doesn’t seem to have many bathrooms in a house. The size of the apartment is a bit too small, but i made a peace with it now. I like the elevator a lot. Very convenient.

Living here for two years has been great, top floor for the win! The community is good & the prices are nice for this economy. The amenities are also great, I recommend maybe garage sale/sale room for the community to get rid of junk!

It’s great living here! Great community, great amenities and great staff! They have everything I need in an apartment! Including, pet friendly, gym, laundry in unit, and they have extra activities for the community to get together!

From my point of view. It's like a well ran place Everyone has been friendly. The move in went smooth. The elevator made things simple. Shake (management) was amazing. I was very empathetic towards me. and was taken care of.

Beautiful! Up to date and clean! Love the open kitchen living room layout, and the master bathroom space. So much open concept space it makes it easy to decorate!

I am very happy here. It is close to where I work. The people hear seem very friendly. The management has been very helpful. I like that they are very pet friendly. I have recommended these apartments to several friends from work.

I like this community except my upstairs neighbors are running and jumping till around 11 or so at night. I do enjoy the amenities. My family likes taking our dog to the provided dog park.

I love living here. Staff is great and always response to emails in a timely manner. I like that they have bags for our pets, I do wish there would be more on the end doors as well

The leasing manager can be a bit much. She takes forever to get back to you, but when she does she is very accommodating. Nick the maintenance guy moved to another location, but I hear he is coming back soon. I am very excited about that. He is such a nice guy. The apartment is really nice. I love the appliances and the community around here. I can't wait to renew my lease.

I have found my home at HOM flats. I feel so safe in my apartment and have been able to make it my little sanctuary. My cat Lola loves her view of the playground and has made watching the kids her favorite activity. I enjoy the activities and value the friendships I have made. I am so grateful to call HOM flats home at the end of the day.

Wonderful place to live! Staff really care about their residents! It is clean and organized and wonderful neighbors! The one place that allows pets, has a gym, and has in unit laundry! It has everything anyone could need!

After my husband and I got married, we moved into this apartment to make it our first home together. We are in the midst of buying our first house and I know when we move out of the apartment this spring, tears will be shed because of the memories this home housed. There’s a reason why the complex is called Hom Flats. Thank you!

The staff are very nice and friendly! They are quick to help if you need something fixed or worked on. The community is inviting and I love the activities!

Beautiful and very well kept building and grounds. Very quiet, and close to everything you could possibly need. The units are bright, open, and updated.

I have found a safe and comfortable place to call home at HOM flats. Living here I have made friends with many other residents. We enjoy the programs that are offered to us that make us more of a community. I intend on being here for many more years to come.
