Property Ratings at Homecoming at Eastvale
Before moving in I saw some of the reviews concerning gates left open, garages broken into, etc. but after being here 6 months I haven't seen anything like that. Almost everyone has a ring camera, and the gates are closed always (unless broken, which has happened a couple times). I've had a few maintenance requests that are always addressed in 24 hours or less, and even help from the night manager at 2am for an issue. The management office has called me a few times in the last 6 months just to check up on me and make sure everything was okay. Overall, I've had nothing but exceptional experiences here and I'm happy to live here. It is pricey (but honestly where isn't right now), but the phrase "you get what you pay for" couldn't be any more true here. I'd recommend anyone looking to choose Homecoming.
I was extremely disappointed in the way Homecoming at Eastvale does business. When checking out the apartment complex before moving in it seemed really nice, well taken care of, and secure. However while we lived there the mailboxes got broken into, multiple cars/garages were broken into, and people going through the trash dumpsters. The gates are left wide open probably approximately 50% of the time so they really don’t do any good. There was multiple times they got behind on the yard maintenance to the point rose bushes were growing over the entryway to our apartment. We also had our smoke detector go out of service for being outdated and requested new ones. They picked up our old ones but it took a month to get new smoke detectors and the whole time we were without a single smoke detector. For the high price paid on the apartments you would expect better security and service. Also be aware when you move out they will nickel and dime you for carpet cleaning, painting, and general house cleaning so be prepared to not get your security deposit back and possibly owe more. When were moving out we also got about $1,000 charge because we were a few days short of a 30 day notice even though when we were asked at 30 days if we would be renewing for a 4th year we told them we were waiting for escrow to close before we made a final decision and we were told “okay no problem just let us know” but they did not mention the fine print in the contract that if we didn’t give exactly a 30 day notice we would be charged half a month’s rent for being a few days past 30 days.
so far for 2mos been very satisfied with our stay...praying no problems will occur so we wont be disapppointed

I have lived at the Eastvale location for 3 months. I have not had a pleasant experience at all. The resident service is no help at all and have lied on multiple of my documents about providing services that they have not given. This company has no regard for how to communicate with their residents in a professional and proper manner. As a new resident I expected to have received more communication on the policy changes that they had rolled out. Here with the Lewis Management it is your responsibility to find the new policy changes and find the information yourself. When I initially signed the lease I was even the information by lessening agent Thalia, that since I will have two cars and a garage that my roommate and my self could switch out the cars in the garage to share the garage rather than purchase another garage that is on the outskirts of the campus. Now I am being given a ticket for parking in the parking lot rather than the garage because my parking pass is green not orange. I do NOT trust this company and would NOT recommend spending your time or money with the deception and inconsistency of the Lewis Apartment Brand.
Love living here ,very convenient for shopping mgt. is great .The property is very well maintained, plus I feel safe that’s most important to me and my husband.GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. BEEN HERE FOR 5 years ??

only wish you made enough money to live in a place like this it's a dream if you don't own a home this is the next best thing please God
My name is Laney Wiley and I currently live in the Homecoming townhouses at Eastvale! My roommates and I have been living here for almost three months and we could not love it enough! It was the first place we looked at and the last! There are so many facilities that are very convenient for college students! My favorite is the 24 hour gym and the business room!!! I have referred so many of my friends to move here and they are just waiting for an opening they like! My roommates and I have agreed that this is easily the best decision we have made!
Homecoming is a great family oriented community. While the town homes are a little outdate in style, they make up for space and privacy. We have had a wonderful experience with most the staff, with the exception of the one of the managers who is unpleasant. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and accommodating. The area is lush and well kept up. Overall, homecoming is a great community to live in, especially for a family with children. The pros here have outweighed the cons.
Beautiful 1-3 bedroom luxury apartments that offers a variety of ammenities. Besides the ammenities, daily activities are constantly made available at the community center for all tenants to enjoy individually and as well as a family. Monthly scheduled activities are always made readily available with full descriptions on each day delivered right to your door. The upkeep and cleanliness is made a priority. Staff and maintenance personnel are always warm and friendly providing comfort rand peace of mind right in your own home.
This is the perfect lifestyle, We have everything anyone could ever ask for.Our son is safe and has the time of his life everyday here. It's like being at a holiday camp everyday. The service here is excellent especially when we have maintenance issues or questions, and the staff is very helpful and always willing to help. I couldn't think of a better place to stay.
Location Is great! Right next to multiple freeways is always a plus. Newer shopping center and restaurants near by. Easy to get to bigger malls! Amenities here are great, only a couple complaints. Parking is INSANE! You literately cant find parking. Summer is the worst! Everyone is too scared to go anywhere! People don't leave for the weekend because they are too scared they wont have a parking spot! If you have a 2 car garage then your fine, unless you have more cars. The Unit is oddly shaped and small. Mine is not the smallest model. Lot of money for a small area. I will say the Master bedroom was nice and big. That was my reason for this model. My point here, something works for everyone. Many models and prices to choose from.
I love my appartment. Has every thing I need and more .
It was a great chance to spend my rent over there for a year. It's highly organised, awesome staff, and the whole facilities that every one might look for during their rent.
I have the pleasure in renting a two bed two bath apartment at Homecoming at Eastvale. The area is beautifully landscaped and the apartment is spacious enough for me but I may need more space in the future.
The Jamestown is spectacular. This spacious two bedroom and two bath is cozy for a wonderful family. All the windows that surround this apartment allows all the natural light to beam into your home making it very bright and inviting. The balcony allows you to have your morning coffee while relaxing out in the shade. You will enjoy the resort style living with all the amenities activities that LewisApartments offer. Its amazing living here. Just like a family.
I've been ay my living home for 6 years. I really like the home feeling at Homecoming at Eastvale. From, the way the staff call to see if you need anything to the service workers waving from their golf carts as they drive by. The staff make you feel appreciated. I love to see the kids running around outside free as can be. I love that my son can go outside and have a secure place to play with his friends. And the adult activities are awesome. I don't have to join a gym because I have one here. I've taken zumba, yoga and aqua cardio all without having to get in my car. Sometimes I just walk around the community and enjoy the landscaping. My favorite is the gazebo surrounded by the miniature white roses. My mom came for a visit and loved the view from my porch of the trees and mountains. She sat on my bench reveling in the beautiful landscaping. She especially liked the fruit trees. There are lots of local eateries and shopping and it's central location makes it the perfect place to live in Southern California.
The area is always clean, if I have any issues they are here fast and get it fixed quick. I never even knew they were here. This is an awesome place to live.
These are great apartments - at least ours is. We have a Jamestown unit so only one connecting wall to neighbors in the master bed/bath. Otherwise we live above the garages. We don't mind the sound of garages opening and closing under us. We like the privacy and not hearing our neighbors or worrying about them hearing us. Complex is beautiful and well maintained. Maintenance comes within 24 hrs of calling and are always cordial. The "night service" is a bit of a joke. They've fielded all night calls to a call center when it used to go to an actual person working here and they are very specific in what they will assist you with, and try their best to NOT assist after hours. That is my one complaint. Don't let the leasing agents brag about night service. Just assume there is none. Fortunately we haven't needed night assistance very often. We don't use the amenities very often - too busy - but they seem good. The pool and spa have been clean when we've been there. We're close to the BBQ grills and those are nice. They offer recycling dumpsters here. This is for unpaid recycling but if you want to help the environment they're there. We put in bags of stuff - far more than the two little baskets they gave us. We've been renting for 25 years and Homecoming at Eastvale is the nicest complex we've lived in. View Less
I love living here. It feels like you are living in a resort. Everything is well maintained, from the gym to the pool area. There is always something to do. Activities and events are set up every month by the friendly and helpful staff. Whenever we have company over we receive a lot of compliments about the community we live in.
It's ok, clean and the staffs are very friendly. Can't complain.
Homecoming Eastvale is a beautiful community. The staff and workers are always so friendly. The overall apperiance is well maintained. I still wish the middle parking areas had ramps and were wheelchair/ stroller accessible. I have lived here for over 9 years and would love to see some upgrades. I would truly love solar panels??. Otherwise this a beautiful and safe place to live.
Inside the gates of our quiet community Lies an opportunity for all types of personalities. You can sit and watch movies play a little tennis, a jacuzzi to relax the bones. Sit and read in the library, shoot some pool on a table you call your own. A gym for the dedicated, dog parks and more a place for kids to play and grow, Barbecue pits basketball games lots of grass for someone else to mow. All sorts of things for personalities alike go for a walk or ride a bike, take in the sun lie next to the pool plenty of places to stay rested and cool. But what I love most is I'm maintenance free with all that extra time for my loved ones and me.
Moving from a house to Homecoming Eastvale was a big adjustment... for the better! I was so surprised at how much I loved living here. My quality of life improved overall. I walk to the onsite gym, sit by a resort like pool on the weekends and use the clubhouse frequently to conduct business. I feel completely safe taking a walk in the evenings with my kids. They love the activities..especially the movie nights by the pool. The amenities and activities are a huge plus! The property is meticulously cared for. The staff is professional. Im very happy. I have have lived here for two years now..and love it!
The pros of living here are: 24/7 fitness gym with state-of-the art equipment, 24/7 matineance team, community events and trash pick-up. Some cons are: really small living space (even in the larger units), no yard (front or back), and crowded use of facilities. Besides that, Homecoming is a wonderful place to live!
The Homecoming at Eastvale is a luxury town home community. The instant we toured the community we wanted to move in immediately. We are a family of five and we moved in on December of 2014. First let me talk about the community then the town home itself. Pros: Gated and you feel safe within the community. There are many options for floor plans which is great because one floor plan does not fit all preferences. The staff in the Leasing Office are very friendly and always so helpful and pleasant. The amenities for the residents are pretty awesome, from the 24 hour fitness center, to the pool, to the playground area, the Business Center, the Community Center, the movie theater, etc. They have monthly newsletters and activities for the residents which really showed how much the residents are valued and appreciated. I have had my share of living in different apartment communities and this place ranks number 1 in terms of everything. The community has easy access to the 60, 15, 10 & 210 freeway, to shopping centers and restaurants. Con: Rent. There's no other apartments or town homes competing against The Homecoming within a five mile radius so the rent is pretty high and could almost be a mortgage payment depending on the floor plan you choose. The floor plan we have is the Bennington and for a family of five, we love the space! There is a spacious loft, the washer and dryer unit is upstairs next to the extra room. Both rooms have walk-in closets and the bathrooms are spacious. We also chose it because it's a 2 car garage. After moving in and living here for 7 months, we have loved every minute of it!
Wonderful place to call home! If you are looking for something that feels like a vacation with all the amenities (pool, spa, gym, tennis court, movie theatre, and private massage area) or a quiet place to retreat, this place has it all. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful well kept grounds and common areas, spacious and luxurious floor plans, and a safe community in a new and developing city. It is also close to shopping, restaurants and close to major freeways (15, 60 and 91). Very proud and pleased to call the Homecoming home!
Pros: Great town house looking apartments. Gated community. Nice pools, gym, and business center. Movie Rentals. Comes with Dryer, Washer, Dish Washer, and Microwave. Good AC. Community Events (Movie Nights). Came with a small cement patio and 1 car garage. As well as a 2nd parking pass for a second car. Cons: Terrible Speed Bumps. Fickle gate access. (Our clicker hasn't worked on back gate.) Front directory not always reliable to buzz people in. Occasional Opossum, Raccoon, and angry bird. Not easy to submit a work order (but they do call you from time to time to check in, which is faster). Pricey.
Many things to do and feel safe living here. My daughter's enjoy riding their bikes and enjoying all the activities this place has to offer. Best place I've ever lived.
I moved to this community 2 years ago and overall my experience has been great. I call my area the "sisters wives community" because our unit is so intimate and quiet and all of the people in it are GREAT apartment neighbors. I'm sure that it makes a big difference when you have a good area. I also have NOTHING bad to say about the maintenance and management crew. I have never had to put in requests more than once and they never give me grief either. They make it a pleasure to live there. If I had to choose something that I am not too thrilled with it would be the high rent and the way that it affects the way I think about some of the amenities that aren't up to par when they should be- whether it's the pool door not unlocking, the bbqs or fireplace not working or a dirty pool, or not enough treadmills (:)) I think that I notice these things more because they charge so much and I feel they have plenty of money to fix if not upgrade things OFTEN.
This is my first experience living in an apartment. I checked out several other places, but this apartment complex was by far the best. It was close to where I worked & the the complex was well established & near to freeways & shopping malls. The apartment itself was clean & well maintained. Almost looked brand new.it was furnished with all the necessary appliances. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 & 1/2bath 2 story apartment. Plenty of room for my needs. Don't think I could have done much better anywhere else. The rate is reasonable. Looks like I'll be here awhile.
I am very impressed with the maintenance of the buildings and property. This complex is kept similar to a vacation resort. I have lived here almost 3 years and it's always very clean. I appreciate the amenities of dry cleaning, pool and business services. I have recommended this complex to friends and family.
This community is a wonderful community with warmth and great people! There are many events within the community, and even outside of the community, like beach trips! The grounds are well kept, the communication is amazing, and the response time to address any concerns is expeditious! The pricing is great since they include all appliances. Even the location is superb since it is centrally located to several major freeways, not to mention the close proximity to shopping centers and take-out! :)
I love our complex, the staff make it so nice to live here. Valet trash pick up, maintenance staff, car washes, rentable tools and appliances. The staff is just so kind. They want to help you. They are a big part of why we stay.
Very nice place to live. Been here 11 years. Great staff. Fun events. Gym is perfect. Couldnt ask for a nicer apartment conplex to live at.
This gated complex is the best bang for your buck! Very spacious layouts! I live in a one bedroom, one and a half bath townhouse that is 1,109 square feet with a loft and a "private courtyard" that leads to a one car garage. Downstairs there is the kitchen with the half bath attached, the dining room, and the living room. this may sound like it would be smushed together, but it is not! I fit a three cushion sofa and a two cushion love seat in the living room, a full six seat dining table in the dining area and there is still room to walk around between the living room and the kitchen without hugging the walls. The bedroom upstairs fits my California King bed with plenty of space to spare. The closet is amazing since it takes up the entire wall with two sides which is perfect for my boyfriend and I. There are also some built in shelves in the closet which adds even more space for all your clothes and miscellaneous items! The loft is also upstairs next to spacious bedroom and I use this space as an office. The loft fits a desk, a book shelf, and even a futon without the loft looking cluttered or small. the washer and dryer is right there as well so doing laundry is very convenient! As for the community, there is an Junior Olympic size pool in the front of the complex, a basketball and tennis court, and a small dog park. There is a jogging trail embedded within the complex which makes it very easy to workout and plenty of space to walk your dog. (This complex is VERY dog friendly which is a huge relief since most places only allow the smaller dogs. They have breed restrictions, but they still allow dogs up to 50 pounds!). There are two child playground areas with some of the structures you would see at a park so it's not just a small slide and swing play place. There is a smaller pool and jacuzzi place in the back of the complex which the people who live closer to that pool most likely go to. There are also community events that management puts on for the residents which are pretty cool and fun. They are free which is even better! The only gripe I have is parking, but it mostly is a hassle on the weekends, which is expected. The complex offers extra garages for $50 a month with a month to month contract. If you need the garage for only 2 months, management just tells you to let them know the final month you want the garage and you only pay the extra $50 a month for the two months. Same goes for storage units! We have a 10x10 space for $70 a month.convenient
If you are looking for a decent, quiet, with a beautiful scenery, affordable, well thought out floor plans, safe, kid and family friendly, non-apartment feel community plus a garage to store your treasures... Welcome to my almost heaven apartment homes, HOMECOMING. Where you won't want to leave home and entertainment is just outside your doorstep.
This place is amazing. You pull up to those big black pearly gates. You drive in and trees everywhere. Kids playing, people barbecuing, having fun in the sun. Family activities on the daily. Great ways to bring this community closer. You fell right at home. Stepping foot into your apartapartment is what seals the deal. Light shinning down on you, cold air blowing through the vents. Home has never felt better.
I have lived I Homecoming for five years. I have been lucky to find a community that is like a real home. You need some fixed they do it fast. The grounds are clean and always kept up. It is a little prizy but it is worth it.
Paradise Regain at Homecoming Eastvale! I've had nothing but a wonderful life style experience living at Homecoming Eastvale! Architectural stylish designed units, lots of landscaping, attentive hospitable staff, family community, professional demographics, amenities galore, location, location, location; shopping malls, restaurants, schools, recreation parks, lots of home development and great nearby cities; Orange County, Chino Hills and Rancho Cucamonga. Luv it!!! Rick Jiron, Eastvale CA
When we first moved here 1 year ago from Washington State we were just amazed at what we saw here at Homecoming at Eastvale; landscaping was beautiful, the upkeep of the property was emaculate and the ammenities were above and beyond what we were expecting. However in the 12 months of being here we have noticed a decline in the so called "Luxury Townhome living". There are several things that immediately come to mind, first the landscaping now takes months to trim trees & hedges when before it was kept up on a regular basis. Now we have to go to the office & complain that the Rose Bushes are too long & are covering the front gate to our neighbors apartment. My wife & I walk the property all the time & have noticed the landscaping upkeep is slacking everywhere. I have video of the lack if landscaping. They just recently did the entire property FINALLY. Second we have noticed more trash on the property, both on the ground as we walk the property and lots of trash scattered about in the garbage can area. My wife & now carry a trash bag on our walks around the Homecoming at Eastvale property in an effort to help keep the property clean. Some days we pick up so much trash that it fills our bag. Thirdly we have noticed more people living here that are NOT on the lease. This makes it more crowded in the pool & gym areas etc, and makes parking scarce. We know of neighbors that have 12 people living there & not all are on the lease. As stated above we love living here but we have to be honest with you in hopes you can rectify all issues mentioned herin. We thank you for taking the time to listen to our review of our stay here at HOMECOMING AT EASTVALE!
We have lived here for 13 years and love it, great community, clean and nice. I only wish they could do something for loyal residents who pay on time and never get complaints
I enjoy living at Homecoming Apartments because it's clean and quiet. I also like that they offer various free services like trash pick up once a day, workout classes, yoga and aerobic classes in the pool. It is also great that they send out a monthly newsletter that keeps you updated on the different events in our community. They are also very helpful by callling you once a month asking if you need to put in any work orders for any work that is required in your unit.
We started out only thinking to stay a couple months but loved the vibe and atmosphere so much, now we're planning to stay longer. Beautiful, friendly and fun activities! Thank you
This darling little community is family-friendly and well-maintained, and there's hardly a reason to leave the grounds with all of the amenities and activities provided. The Lewis staff provides a monthly activities calendar to inform residents of upcoming events and happenings within this property and related Lewis communities. Every member of the staff that I have met has been kind, courteous, and helpful, and the facilities are always clean. My children are able to play freely and safely within the grounds as it is a gated-community, and parking is abundant for residents and guests alike. This community is pet-friendly too, offering a fenced area for pets to run freely and several pet-waste stations conveniently placed along walkways around the property. I don't have pets but this is something I appreciate since my children play in the area and I don't have to worry about pet-waste everywhere. The clubhouse provides several amenities for residents to utilize, including a gym, massage room, banquet room, theater, library, crafts room, kitchen, conference room, and more. The property also includes 3 pools, 2 playgrounds, 2 car wash stations, 2 basketball courts, a tennis court, several picnic areas with outdoor grills, RV parking, office spaces and additional storage/parking garages for rent. Shopping, services, and dining are located within close proximity, and the Lewis company currently provides discount cards to residents for participating providers/retailers/restaurants in the city. I haven't had many maintenance issues within my unit, but the few that I did have were addressed almost immediately. The landscapers maintain the property several times a week and they do a wonderful job. This community is a pleasure to live in and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent in this beautiful city!
Spacious homes with great amenities. Best place in the inland empire. Friendly staff.
We love this apartment, it feels more like a small house. Very spacious rooms, kitchen, and a connecting garage. We also have a great pool!
I have been a Lewis Renter at the Homecoming of Eastvale for about two years now. This community is the best of the best. Each layout is built as a home and not as an apartment. I've stayed in two completely different floor plans and have felt like it was my own private home. My oasis away from my daily work activities. The community strides its strengths in the cleanliness and family oriented environment that either you or your family can live in everyday. The apartment homes are beautiful inside and out and I would recommend this community and any Lewis community to any future residents or seekers.
a few pros of living in Homecoming: 24/7 fitness gym, 24/7 matienance, trash pickup, community events etc. A few cons of living in homecoming: small living space, lots of construction due to new city establishment, etc.
My apartment is really spacious. The apartment community is very presentable and the staff are very friendly. The amenities are great for the kids. The only thing I don't like is that the carpet is in our dining area which gets dirty easily and hard to keep clean from spills from dinning table. Other than this its a very nice place to live.
