If you like to be woken up and startled constantly by rude neighbors letting their poorly constructed front doors slam 24 hours a day that shake your apartment and make your pictures fall off the wall, then this is the place for you!! I was so excited when I singed my lease before construction was completed, and now I’m counting down the days until my lease is up. I can’t wait to move out of here. I was supposed to have a new refrigerator door installed, never heard back from anyone, parking is atrocious already, cars block all the stop signs, so it’s just asking for an accident to happen. None of the staff know how to use the electronics in the clubhouse because they’re so high tech, there’s no cable in the movie room so you can’t watch sporting events, only streaming is allowed. I would not recommend living here for the amount of rent/utilities. This place is un-fun for a “resort” experience

There is construction all around the property! the rent is so high for even though they have new appliance, peo are so loud walking and driving around, there’s a another complex next to us and they have no control because they owned town homes and they do whatever they want, so not recommended
