This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The office staff (Maria and Elizabeth) are extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and has a lot of short distance shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools.

Awesome staff, you can tell they really enjoy their job and helping people feel comfortable in their apartments. I went on a tour today and my tour guide was amazing. She answered all my question and concerns and really helped with the steps moving forward! Will definitely be interested in this complex when my current lease is up.

Fantastic people in the front office will go to any lengths to help you,the facility is clean quiet and has activities,close to shopping and amenities, couldn't ask for more. Any problems that we had were taken care of swiftly and efficiently.

Terrible management. Have complained multiple times and still nothing done. Constantly smell weed from upstairs apartment. Upstair neighbors constantly stomp and knock stuff off our walls. Trying to get a hold of whoever owns it to complain since management does nothing. Would not reccomend.

Moved in rather quickly, love the amenities, pool, gym and close distance to shopping and restaurants. The office staff and maintenance are professional and prompt. I definitely recommend living here if you are in Hobbs.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with the way that I've addressed your concerns I would like to meet with you again to address these concerns as my highest priority would be to take care of all my Homestead resident's.
This was my first apartment to ever rent and I couldn't be more happy! Maintenance orders were needed twice and fixed in the same day. It's a safe environment and I have never had issues with other tenants. It's a nice and quiet community and he ladies in the office are exceptionally nice! This is a great place to live! I'm moving out of state and if I weren't I would stay here longer!
