Property Ratings at Homestead
This complex was recently sold in July to a horrible management company. No packages are allowed to be delivered to the office. The office is closed on weekends. Theres no drop off box for rent. Parking under cover is $40/mo with very limited free spaces, people park ON THE STREET. Trash service has been cancelled. Management is constantly threatening or changing something. Maintenance issues take months to get fixed. Many buildings have burnt out lights on staircases.
The manager Michael is just a plain jerk. He doesn't do anything about any of my requests or complaints, and threatens to call the cops if you tell him he's not doing anything. This place is run down and over priced for how OLD it is. It's also very very loud being directly under a flight path and on military Rd.
