Property Ratings at Honeyman Hardware Lofts
As the only true lofts in PDX, the comment "this place has loads of character" is very true and appreciated! I've outgrown the cookie cutter modern PDX apartment, and HHL fits my live/work studio practice perfectly.
Until I feel safe here and like our concerns are going to be addressed and repairs are made in our new space, I don’t feel comfortable recommending this building to anyone.
Leaking pipes, horrible neighbors, and staffing is a joke since we unfortunately lost our wonderful manager Ryan. There’s rarely someone in the office and when there is it’s ignorant people who refuse to wear masks and are so incredibly rude and fake it’s unmanageable. Your mail will be stolen or not ever given to you by the office because they constantly leave and put the brb sign up, and I’ve run into people wanting to visit and the new staff just neglects to show for their viewings, luckily I told them how awful it has been so they didn’t get stuck here
Honeyman Hardware Lofts is a gem of a spot here in the Pearl
Ive been extremely disappointed with the level of attention given to this property and its residents. All actions taken by management appear to be a reaction, rather than proactive.
Staff is quite attentive and responsive with the maintenance requests.
I like everything. But the homeless people are getting extremely annoying. They do heroine all around the building and leave thei needles and needle caps on the sidewalks and entry way, where dogs walk.
Elevator is down way too often. Urine is in the hall and elevator too often. Camera in the elevator would be helpful
These lofts are like no other. Beautiful, spacious, and worth every penny. Matt has taken care of any issues I have ever had and has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am completely satisfied. Dan, the maintenance manager, always handles things promptly. The value you get is amazing. Walking distance to everything (grocery store, bars, restaurants, shopping, stores) and an abundance of street parking for visitors. I would and have recommended Honeyman to friends and coworkers.
Management and maintenance staff are great so I highly recommend Honeyman Hardware Lofts.
We love living at Honeyman so far. There is no much natural light that comes in . The windows are giant and the there are high ceilings. Management is friendly and outgoing. We introduced our dog to our manager's dog and they loved playing together.
